Yesterday I had the opportunity to browse through the revamp ladies apparel section and was attracted to a golden coloured blouse under the New Found label. The staff Wilson promptly assisted me to get 2 sizes to try.. the M size was a little tight and the XL size was too loose. Wilson suggested if I really like the blouse , I could opt to order in the L size. However that would mean I would be having to pay for the blouse without even knowing whether it would fit me right. I asked if it would be better to purchase the XL size and see if I can have it altered. Wilson informed me that the Metro in House seamstrss is very experienced and charges reasonably. Hence, he accompanied me to the seamstress, Joyce, who very confidently showed me how she could alter the blouse to fit me. After making payment, Wilson asked if I would like to get updates on new arrivals and hence I gave him my contact. Am very pleased with Wilson’s friendly prompt service, explanations, politeness and suggestions. He also showed that he was willing to go the extra mile to Update customers on new arrivals.
