I purchased an item on Oct 12 around 2:28 PM, and the staff working that time was honestly very unapproachable. Just last month, I bought something from the IMM outlet, and the service there was excellent — even though they were busy, they still made an effort to engage with every customer. But at the Wisma outlet, it was the complete opposite. We were the only customers there, yet the staff didn’t seem welcoming at all. Didn’t even bother asking if I was a member, just wanted to get the transaction over with as fast as possible. Not welcoming nor informative. We just asked for a different size but the employee acted as if we asked her to carry a 100kg bag. What’s frustrating is how inconsistent the service is. Looking back at the reviews, you can clearly see that other people have had great experiences, so why was ours so bad? Also, they stamped “No exchange, no return” on my receipt, but the receipt itself says exchanges can be made within 7 days if the item is in resalable condition. The shoes I had bought wasn’t even on sale. Why? The worker is extremely unprofessional. Almost all of them were in the BOH. If you can’t even treat customers fairly, why bother working in retail? Simple customer service also cannot do. Go and learn how to be professional, if you even have the capacity to do so.
