Absolutely great experience in this outlet. Leira is very friendly, we've been here a few times and she has always been very patient and helpful with the shoes. Would recommend!

We were Xmas shopping yesterday and spotted viviaia having a sale! The satin ballerinas were on sale! Last few shoes left. Staff Nancy , hope that’s her name as it was on the receipt (brown short hair) who was on duty, was very polite, sociable and efficient, upon finding out that there was no stock, she called the other outlets to help us reserve the shoes from the Bugis outlet. She was very patient when we took a while to decide which colour to get and was super helpful giving us tips on how to style our new shoes. Her friendly and bubbly nature made us feel very welcome despite the crowds and the busy store. 10/10 hope to see her again. Thank you Nancy ❤️

Thank you Effan for your patience and help! He was helping me pull different styles and sizes for 20 mins + and I ended up getting two pairs, although had to buy it online because they were out of the size I wanted in that colour. Was hesitant to head down because of the reviews but the few staff there were lovely especially Effan 😊
