Master Fix is a trusted local cobbler known for more than just shoe repairs. They also offer excellent services in restoring bags and leather accessories. Their resoling and stitching work is consistently impressive — precise, durable, and professional.

I brought my shoes for repair on dec 13 aroundd 2.30, but the cobbler who is chinese was very rude answering my question. It seems that he didnit have time to explain it

I had taken shoes to MasterFix at ION and they wouldn’t even bother to look to fix my shoes. The miracle worker at this shop fixed both my shoes and bag as I waited. Looks great, quick to fix and super friendly. What more could you ask for?

Nothing that I have experienced here coincides with what I read in the reviews. Masterfix is perfect! My 2 pairs of old sneakers split open overseas at -9°C. Came back sg to have them glue back. What the staff Leong did instead was sewed up the soles, plastered new anti slip soles over, and then polished the leather until these ancient shoes became brand new looking! definitely coming back and telling all my friends about this place!

Master Fix at Paragon did an excellent job restoring my worn shoes—they came back looking almost new. Fast, professional service with fair prices. Highly recommend for quality shoe repairs in Orchard.

Very good service. I have 2 pair of shoes and it was nicely fix with anti slip . Cobbler advised me on what is required and what is not required. Appreciate what I need to spend on and what I actually don’t need. Good quality

Slightly pricey at $60 but they got the job done within 1 hour and right before closing time.

Highly recommended!! I only come to Paragon MasterFix to fix my shoes and bag straps. Turnover time is fast, quality is also always assured. :)
