Today, when I returned the item and said thank you, your Filipino staff gave me a dirty look. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️.
If providing adequate service is too challenging, it may be best not to work in this field. 🫵🏻Please refrain from discouraging customers' shopping spirit.

Very bad customer experience. We just bought 2 suits and 2 shirts for my son. The staff was ready to fold everything in a bag. When we asked for proper hangers they came back with very thin ones, too small for the jackets, then skirts hangers...not appropriate for suits. They made us wait 15mn for no better solution. And the Manager kept laughthing. Zero customer service and attention.

Today, a female staff member wearing black glasses with long hair at the cashier counter responded with a very unpleasant expression when we requested assistance with disposing of their packaging. After reading past reviews, it seems poor customer service is a recurring issue. I sincerely hope the management takes steps to address this.

Terrible click-and-collect experience at Massimo Dutti ION. I ordered a couple of outfits online and went to the store to collect them, but the whole process was completely disorganized. I ended up waiting nearly half an hour across two separate visits because staff couldn’t locate my parcels. The team seemed unsure of the procedure and lacked coordination and urgency. Overall, very frustrating.

Extremely disappointed by the consistently rude and unprofessional service at this branch. On multiple occasions, whenever I returned an item, the same staff member, a Pinoy-looking individual with large transparent glasses, would display a visibly annoyed and judgmental expression, coupled with curt and unfriendly handling.
Ironically, when I purchased a limited edition item, this very same staff member behaved completely differently, suddenly warm, overly friendly, and polite. The inconsistency in treatment based on perceived spending is not only unprofessional but also reflects a lack of basic customer service etiquette.
It makes you wonder, before judging customers, perhaps the staff should reflect on whether they themselves could afford to shop where they work. That kind of behavior reeks of insecurity, not professionalism.
Unfortunately, this attitude is not limited to just one staff member. The branch manager, an older-looking Malay or Pinoy woman, exhibited the same discriminatory behavior. It’s clear the issue is systemic. The team here needs serious retraining on customer service and basic respect.
And it’s precisely their judgment that’s made me decide, THIS will be the branch I use for all my online returns from now on.

What happened to Massimo Dutti quality????😡 i bought this beautiful dress less than a month ago and only did delicate laundry never in the dryer but this happened??? It's an expensive dress for what it is but i bought it because i trust this brand and i have been a loyal customer ever since. Now i cant return and cant bring my money back but this is ssoooooo UNACCEPTABLE! I hope management will reach out and discuss this issue.
DO NOT BUY AND PATRONIZE THIS BRAND! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Zara is even better than this!!!!

Visited the store on 19 July 2025 at 3:40 PM to collect a purchased item. After unboxing it to check, we politely asked if the staff could help dispose of the packaging paper. Unfortunately, the young Chinese female staff at the cashier initially tried to ignore us and only responded with visible reluctance and an unfriendly attitude.
Dear Massimo Dutti team, is this the standard of customer service you stand by? Experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome. It’s worth remembering—without customers, no business can thrive. A little courtesy goes a long way. Time for some reflection.

Terrible service. No greeting nor respond when I said 'good morning'. Face as black as a wok. Went to collect my son's pants after alternation. And I had to pay 10 cents for a bag just
because it's not a purchase. Never ever want to patronise their store again.

The customer service here is so bad… Came on Vesak Day and I asked for a bag to see if they have it, then the lady said she’d look for it, I waited around the store for like 20 mins and then she finally came to me and said they’re still looking and that she’d call me when they found out/the outcome coz it was still in stock. Then she never called me or updated me anything and I came back after 2 hours and she was gone and no one else in the store helped and said the bag was never in stock. Such an upscale, expensive brand with terrible customer service 👍

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Their staff for men’s area doesn’t give a ___ to customers, all they do is just wondering around, preventing eye contacts to customer and wait till the clocks ticks to get pay. Couldn’t even bother to say Hi nor approach.
Even when I approached them, they barely answers, just hmm only.
Is it arrogant? Maybe, or just lazy, unprofessional and unsuitable for the job. Strongly urge the owners to observe how your crew is treating customers, you’ll be amazed.
Tho I still bought a shirt, they gave me a bag that was already torn. Brilliant!
