Staff is super helpful when I was shopping for trousers I saw on the M&S app. Sui Lee, the kind lady who attended to me, not only went to the store room to get me the item I was looking for and located me in the fitting room after, she was proactive to also bring me several other options in different colours to try. Instead of buying 1 pair, I ended up buying 3 pairs. Give Sui Lee a raise! Thank you for making my shopping experience such a breeze.

Good place to do your snack, fruits, and fashion shopping. It has a good cafe too.

💜Marks & Spencer ( Wheelock Place) is where I get most of my tea time snacks. 🩶This British shop is one of my favourite places to go to for tea, biscuits, jams, cream soups, and more. ● Have been buying products from Marks & Spencer at Wheelock Place for years on end. 🟧 For gift buying, this shop is also my favourite haunt. 🟨During Christmas, I usually come here to buy gifts for friends and relatives. I also get my lingerie from Marks and Spencers.

Travel Tip: Did you know that everything at the M&S Café in Singapore is sourced straight from the UK? Yes, everything — from the juices to the cheeses, the crackers, and even the little details that make your plate so perfectly British. (Okay… maybe not the eggs 😅 but almost everything else!) When in Singapore, a stroll down Orchard Road isn’t complete without a stop at Marks & Spencer. This flagship store is a treasure trove for anyone who loves a touch of British elegance paired with modern style. Shopping here is such a treat — their outfits are timeless, well-tailored, and effortlessly chic, perfect whether you’re dressing for work, travel, or just a polished everyday look. I always find myself gravitating toward their classic cuts and fabrics that never go out of style. And then there’s the food hall — oh my! Rows of their famous cookies, decadent chocolates, cheeses, crackers, and pantry staples that instantly transport you to London. It’s impossible to walk out without a bag (or two!) of goodies. Their cheese and cracker selection especially is a dream for anyone who loves a cozy wine-and-cheese night. What I love most is how M&S makes shopping feel both luxurious and comfortable — you can browse at leisure, pick up stylish outfits, and then reward yourself with a bag full of foodie delights. Orchard Road is known for its glitz and glam, but M&S adds that familiar touch of warmth and reliability that keeps me coming back. Whether you’re updating your wardrobe or just craving some British treats, this spot is a must-stop on Orchard Street.

Great range of food and drink. But this being in Singapore don't expect it to be too cheap! It's always worth checking out deal sections for baked goods if you are price conscious (stickers like the attached photo)

Review specifically about the Food Hall in Wheelock’s Marks and Spencer. One word. AMAZING. Marks and Spencer recently started bringing in fresh produce, and they are delicious. Though this comes at a slightly higher price, and I wouldn’t necessarily do my daily grocery shopping here, it’s a great “mini market” with a great variety of food, and worth the extra bucks! From fresh fruits and vegetables, to dairy products, even their ready to eat meals, the small area that the food hall takes up packs a great deal of choices. They have gluten-free options, lactose-free milk, desserts, cheese, drinks, food (fresh/frozen or ready to eat), and of course their “original” staples - chips, chocolate and snacks. The fruits we’ve bought have been so fresh and tasty, their milk - delicious, and though not organic, not as expensive as you would expect it to be. It may not be a place for us to do our daily grocery shopping, but will definitely pop in once in a while for a nice treat, and maybe when to stock up on some ready to eat meals!

located in Wheelock palace, this is one of the largest Marks and Spencer outlets in Singapore! It sells all sorts of items from clothing for men, women and kids, fresh bakes, groceries and there is even a cafe area for you to take a break from shopping! the staff are very helpful and nice too. there are also self payment and cashier kiosks, allowing payment to be faster and more efficient. we would definitely recommend shopping here!

Online food ordering do simply not work! You get half of what you order, even if it’s available in the shop when you do turn up! Agreed delivery time is not kept even if we talk day after order is placed! And your refund, takes minimum a week to be returned to customer! But no means customer friendly! Hugh’s potential for improvement!

Located in Wheelock building, this place has gotten better over the years. More clothes to cater to different shapes and sizes, a huge variety of microwave TV dinners, beef & chicken, wines, imported fruits & vegetables, chocolates and fluffy pastries...I could go and on. I really like their hand creams and they have gone above than their usual lavender scented creams.. with more unique smells now. I highly recommend M&S to folks who are are looking to buy good quality stuff. They do have special promos every now and then so it's worth a check.
