I was served by Josephine at the lingerie section earlier this week and her diligence and patience is remarkable. The items I wanted were already taken off the shelf and after promising me that she would look for it in the storeroom nearby, she had to dig in several cartons. I did not know it was so "buried" as she did not complain at all and did not say anything negative (eg, that it may not be found), and best of all, she found them!! Very rare in customer service these days, must praise.

Contrary with the good reviews here I had a disappointing visit. Was looking for stockings but could not find them. Approached a staff member for help and she just pointed in a general direction. Told her I searched in that area but can’t seem to find it, asked her if she could show me where. She replied that if I couldn’t find them then there were none left. She did not offer to help further. I approached another staff member and she showed me where the stockings were.

This is my favourite place to buy Scones 👍🏻. They have some irregular sale at a discounted price or like this one “buy one get one free”. Their Scones is way better than other bakery shops. You definitely want to try if you miss UK. I used to buy frozen burger from M&S too but they don’t seem to have it now. …

Marks & Spencer is well known for clothing. Other than clothing I like range of food M&S have. I like different types of bread and vegan items available here. Vegan Mayo is real tasty.
Lets get back to clothing, I like to buy kids clothing from here. Good for plus size people where most of the clothing brands does not have such size M&S have it. Usually I find value for money at M&S.

This is a great location to get your party wines and snacks. There's a wide selection and there's almost always some sort of promotion—general prices are very reasonable too. Some of the M&S wines are great too.
Of course, come Christmas, there's always all sorts of cookies and chocolates promos.

The British 🇬🇧 brand has not innovated and their clothing range look similar to what they have in 1990s. Food products do not require reinventing, so they are still good.
Marks & Spencer began operations in Singapore 🇸🇬in 1958 over 50 years ago, initially trading under the St Michael brand within John Little stores before taking its full British name in 1986.
