This is a bright location with an interesting view. There are a lot of food options, and it has somewhat of a cafeteria feel. Our experience did not match the reviews we read before booking; my family didn’t taste any stand out dishes. It was adequate for a fast lunch but not a culinary experience.

Seafood was fresh. Loved the crab. We got a 1 for 1 so it was very worth it. Might not be worth full price for the selection available. Food was pretty yummy. The grilled food takes awhile to cook so the refill rate wasn't fast enough to keep up with the demand but other cooked food was fine. They clear your plates really quickly too.

Came for the 1 for 1 dinner promo....
Hotel and restaurant atmosphere is good...clean...
Dining time from 6.30pm to 9.30pm...
Staffs are friendly and nice...especially Charlene...
Buffet spread is not so wide....
Cordial fruit drinks are available at the dispenser machine...
Starting with some fried rice, noodles, etc...
The grilled fish sambal seabass with acar is nice...
Then the next section is the chilli crab, prawns and clams mix with mantou buns on the side.
Crabs are limited. Refilled but not that many crabs available....
Next is some pasta...soup and breads section.
Moving on next is the pork knuckles and Angus beef Rump.... you need to carve it yourself.
Next is the live BBQ section....with scallops, bug head river prawns and Angus beef patty to choose from.
Other sections are the norm...cold dishes with some snow crabs legs...sashimi and sushi and cold soba....some fried drummets and onion rings.
Lastly are the dessert and fruits.
Food tasted ok and not too bad...worth the 1 for 1 but not worth the full price for 1 pax.

Went for the sg60 buffet and it was really worth! Favourite was the bbq scallops and huge prawns. Will definitely support again. Service was good and they were fast at clearing the plates. Overall good dining experience!

Had a wonderful dining experience at makan@Jen, Singapore Orchard Gateway! The buffet spread was superb, we had fresh seafood, delicious local dishes, and international options that truly impressed.
What made the evening extra special was the outstanding service. A big thank you to Akmal, Charmagne, and Inah – they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel so welcome.
Highly recommend this place if you’re around Orchard. Great food, great ambience, and truly exceptional service. Will definitely be back!

Easily one of the worst buffet I have tried. Chef asked service to help refill the crab utensils but it was never refilled. Food wise none was memorable or good. Not sure how is that chili crab, it taste like some spicy sauce but definitely not chili crab. The BBQ prawns was also bland. For an international buffet at the pricing of 78 per pax,the selection is one of the least I have seen.

3rd or 4th time there for weekday dinner. Demolished snow crab legs as usual. Big head prawns not fresh this time round but the oysters and scallops were good. No nonya kueh though it is listed on menu. Will visit again.

Great deal with b1f1 in total cost 39 perpax after discount exclude tax. The baked scallop and big head prawn is fresh and delicious, other food such as spagetti, sashimi, beef also not bad also.

First time here and we all get this is a very very very good place to dine. The food suits our palette and appetite. Will definitely come again.
