Was keen to shop for a Birkin here, till a friend shared the Luxlexicon Saga with Eclaireatelier. (See Eclaireatelier IG) The lady boss Flo cannot even differentiate a real & fake birkin. What if I buy a fake one from them??

I bought a bag from them. I later discovered it was recoloured and I informed them I wanted a refund as this was not disclosed to me and I was not buying the bag in its true condition. They refused to refund as they said I had to do within 7 days. And then as an alternative they offered to consign or resell for me. This is ridiculous customer service as they did not declare the true condition of the bag before selling to customers

Went in one day for some window shopping and met the most enthusiastic sales assistant, Eunice. She makes shopping at LuxLexicon so enjoyable, very friendly and knowledgeable and will always reply my messages quickly. When she sees an item she thinks I like, will send to me. Definitely recommend looking for Eunice if you are going to Luxlexicon!
