Very poor nail experience. Thought this would be decent since it is located right by the escalators but was sorely mistaken. Lady who did my nails didn't know what she was doing and had to have one of her colleagues come and re do her work which delayed me by more than 30 minutes (so one pedicure took 1.5 hrs...). Nails are not shiny and have already started chipping off so feels like the nail varnish used must have been very old. Would definitely not go again. Quite surprising as usually Far East is pretty reliable.

Did gel and two fingers dropped within a week. After removing the full set, my nails have white patches and new technicians were wondering what they put on my nails. Design were somewhat sloppy and only amend when told them to.

Clean and comfortable. They don’t hard sell which is a plus. However be wary of the workmanship. My mani was basically fine, but when it came to my pedi it was very sloppily done. Colour on skin, different shapes for all the nails (some square some round)? And there was an actual notch/chip on my big nail which was obvious with one look. Seems like if you watch them and check their work, then they put in more effort. The minute you don’t they seem to take it for granted, which is a waste. I don’t want to have to watch my nail tech like a hawk to receive decent and basic work.
I did express gel mani and gel pedi with gel polish removal and hard gel coat layer for my mani. The basic charge was $40, hard gel $10 (they have different cost options for this), and $10 for each set of gel polish removal.
