I did my ear piercing here - 2 on lobes. It was done by a very funny and friendly girl called Victoria! The piercings were done well and nicely in a straight line! It’s $45 with a pair of earrings and comes with an after-care solution.

Purchased a pair of earring from the shop but after purchase, one of the earring stopper can’t fit in the earring. Checked with the cashier, she tried to fix but still after the fix is still can’t fit in. Demanded a change but rejected by the cashier.

Paid for some accessories at the Wisma Atria outlet with credit card on 20 Aug 2022 around 12pm. The salesgirl asked for my email address. When I asked why is my email address required, she replied that receipt will be sent by email. When I refused to provide my email address, she said then I will not get a receipt for my purchase. I am a first time customer at Lovisa and I am shocked at such service. Why are customers denied their consumer rights to something as basic as a receipt, unless they are willing to divulge their personal particulars? Would have given zero star if possible.

Crooked sales staff . In the wisma atria shop My daughter and i Bought over 100$ worth of accessories . After i paid the staff refused to give me a receipt saying it will be emailed . 5 mins after leaving the shop and checking the receipt we realised we had doubled bought an item and promptly came back to the shop to return the sealed item . The crooked shop lady said that the store policy is not to accept returns / refunds and is mentioned on the receipt ( which of course you get only after they have charged the credit card ) . She didnt seem to care when i threatned to report her and the policy should have been made clear before purchase . Clearly a cheat !
