Brought my daughter here for her first ear piercing and it was an awesome experience! Zira was patient and very detailed in explaining the whole process and also the after care process to us. She also keeps my daughter engaged so that she will be less anxious. The whole experience was fun and delightful!

Great experience with ears piecing with my 2 gals. They were caring and efficient. They did both ears at the same time so the kids would not be traumatized by it. It comes with a cute ear doughnut cushion, disinfectant spray and a great selection of studs. Strongly recommended.

Humeira from Wisma outlet was very patient with my queries and how I was very specific with the alignment of the process of piercing due to a badly done piercing previously at Claire’s. She understood my concerns well and made sure my piercings were symmetrical to my existing one on the other ear. The whole process was painless and fast. She’s a professional and definitely deserves a raise! It’s so rare these days to have a sales advisor that understands your needs.

I would like to compliment Ms Leiqa for a pleasant experience when I do my ear piercing last week...She's a very good sales lady..actualy I have no plan to buy earrings and do my ear piercing that day but wd her smiling eyes and very cheerful personality even I'm very stingy I automatically wanna buy from her..I highly recommend her to do Ur piercing as she has a gentle hands and will explain all the procedure including the aftercare To u nicely.Thank you lovisa wisma for having Ms Leiqa..I'm a very happy costumer..

Amazing service by the ladies at Lovisa, I came for earlobe piercings and were assisted by Nurul who were very professional and clear with the whole process and after-care and everything was done in 5 minutes. Everybody was attentive, friendly & polite and I highly recommend Lovisa not just for their piercing service but also the amazing array of products in store!
