QX at the Plaza Singapura outlet is a real gem when it comes to delivering top notch customer service. She is very friendly, pro-active and went the extra mile to look for the size that I needed. I rarely encounter such a good service in this industry which prompted me to spend a few minutes to share my pleasant experience. I hope QX continues to do her job with great pride as it’s clearly reflected in the service she has just provided me.

The entire experience with Tyeisha has been amazing! She is polite, very patient, welcoming, friendly, pro-active and her service goes above and beyond! Was at Love, Bonito to get some items I needed for the coming week, not to join the 11.11 chaos. Was told two of the pieces I wanted had no more new stock. I asked the cashier to help check if the ION Orchard outlet had them, and she said both were out of stock there too. The pink crossover knit top had loose frays at multiple places and didn’t look great, so I double checked if it was still available online — she said no. I decided to just get the display piece, believing her. Right after I popped by ION, and there were two other pieces in my size available on the rack that were in much better condition. Now I’m stuck with a defective top because of the no exchange rule during the sale. Honestly disappointing.

The store is well organised and the style is cute. Variety of options for dresses, pants and shirts.
If you’re looking for tops with sleeves that might be tough as most of the articles are sleeveless.
Multiple fitting rooms so didn’t have to wait in line.
The only thing I didn’t like is how there is no return or exchange policy for “sales items”. I’m not sure what sales item is but it’s quite unfair that some products are sales items while others are not.

I had an amazing shopping experience at Love, Bonito Somerset 313 while looking for the perfect outfit for my company's Christmas dinner. I was assisted by Izza, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She offered great suggestions, shared her opinion on which outfits looked best on me, and even picked out options for me to try.
