First time visiting this outlet actually to return an online purchase.
This outlet is spacious with one of the most stocks when I checked on their site. Varieties are plentiful for selection.
I like their q system for reservation but there’s hardly any wait for the fitting rooms on a weekday afternoon.
The staff are lovely and professional, even with a 4 piece limit for trying-on, they are great help when you need to swap out pieces and they will assist with getting a new piece for the right fit.
Cashier is also polite and professional.
Absolutely pleasant experience. Definitely returning to shop here.

Superb service from the Sunday evening team at 313. Previously I was here - not so great, so so only. But today I came - fantastic! When I needed some help, the ladies, Kylee and Dina, were always so ready and happy to service with their bright smiles and provide tips. Bonus - very honest with the current promotions.

I had a disappointing experience at the Somerset branch today. The staff at the cashier came across as disinterested and unapproachable. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to check the new piece before payment too and the whole process felt rushed and robotic.
During the payment process I opened the packaging in front of the cashier since she didn't ask if i wanted to check the item, but instead of offering assistance or checking if everything was in order, I was just stared at, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. There was also no thank you or basic courtesy, even though I thanked her and was met with awkward silence.
Overall, the lack of warmth was quite surprising, especially compared to the much better service I received at the ION outlet just about 20 minutes earlier.
