As with all Michelin starred establishments, they all come under close scrutiny and in particular with 3 stars. Les Amis being one of Singapore’s long standing figures in the realm of fine dining tries its best. While distinctively lacking in natural views or scenery it tries to accommodate with a well portioned interior. We were greeted at the door by friendly staff and promptly ushered to our table on the mezzanine floor, which came as a result of a request for privacy. Overlooking the tables below we enjoyed this table immensely. The menu consists of the grande tasting menu and a 4 course++ menu. Along side is a very well priced and expertly prepared tasting flight. Overall the staff were friendly, attentive and professional but I couldn’t help but feel some were rushing through the explanations as though they felt awkward being there. The food itself was overall good but the 1st main with the surf and turf was a huge let down. By preparing the lobster and beef in that manner you managed to lose the defining texture and mouth feel of each. It became a soft yet chewy accident. The most outstanding few dishes 1. Foie gras moose with mushrooms 2. The hand dived scallop The bread and cheese selection were great and appreciated the recommendations from the staff. The wine list is extensive and very reasonably priced.

Worst Michelin Restaurant Experience Ever I went in expecting a three-Michelin-star standard, but it was an utter disappointment. Service was mediocre, and the food was simply bad. The first dish—pasta with caviar and truffle—was overwhelmingly sour. The acidity drowned out every other flavor; I could barely detect any truffle at all. The sourness lingered unpleasantly after each bite. Then came another caviar dish. It felt like they were just sprinkling caviar on everything and calling it fine dining. Adding caviar to every plate doesn’t automatically make it Michelin-worthy. The mushroom with cream was no better. The first thing I tasted was pure oil, followed by a faint mushroom chew. The cream in the middle was overpowering and clashed badly with the mushroom. Overall, I can’t fathom how this place earned three Michelin stars. The taste was poor, and the menu seemed to revolve entirely around truffle and caviar—without any real finesse or balance.

We made a wonderful evening at the Michelin three-starred and award-winning Les Amis restaurant during our trip for the F1 spectacular in Singapore. Helmed by Chef Sebastien Lepinoy , the French haute restaurant is convivial with attentive service as anticipated. The four-courses menu was satiating with generous seafood options. The blue lobster as a starter, was hefty but appetite-whetting, while the scallop and slow-cooked salmon was very skillfully-treated with juicy and tender texture! The desserts and pastries were all heart-pleasing for a pastry-lover like me. It was a satisfying evening to conclude the Sat evening.

Amazing dining experience — the staff were so attentive, friendly, and patient! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour — you can really feel the effort behind it. Truly a memorable meal ✨️ Three Michelin stars well deserved. Absolutely love this place!

I had the immense pleasure of dining at Les Amis today. The food was impeccable as expected from a 3-star restaurant. Even more impressive was the service from the staff, especially maître d Manoj and Catherine. Manoj was very knowledgeable and shared with us more about the food, enhancing the experience further. Catherine remembered my wife’s birthday, and took the trouble to get us back for a birthday cake. Thank you for going the extra mile for us!

Les Amis in Singapore is a 3-Michelin-star fine dining restaurant, perfect for a special occasion. From the moment we arrived the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is calm and refined. The tasting menus has beautifully prepared dishes. Presentation is elegant and creative, and while some dishes stood out more in flavor than others, each one was thoughtfully crafted. The wine list is extensive, with an impressive focus on Burgundy and Bordeaux, and the sommeliers are knowledgeable and happy to recommend pairings. It's certainly an expensive meal, but the combination of quality, service, and attention to detail makes it a unique experience for anyone who appreciates fine French dining or a creative dinning experience.

There’s a reason why Les Amis is consistently ranked as one of the best restaurants in Singapore and Asia. The food is delicious, service is impeccable, but without the theatricality of some of the trendier restaurants A wide range of breads are freshly baked (the sourdough and brioche were notably good); scallops were juicy and delicious; duck was one of the best I’ve had - aged and served at the time perfect temperature. Rum cake was heavenly, the home made ice creams better than anything commercially available. All in all a wonderful dinner.

Once in a lifetime opportunity. Service impeccable,: Allan, Muru, Shaun and Brosnan especially and the team were so accommodating. They are passionate knowledgable and go above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Every dollar spent at this establishment was worth it and they make sure that the feelings linger. Our meal was filled with so many surprises and then some. Thank you so much for the experience and truly deserving of 3 Michelin star.

Ok I’ve never been to a 3 stars Michelin restaurant before so I have no basis of comparison. But, I had the best caviar, wagyu steak, dessert, and omg the selection of bread selections. Super yummy and the service was excellent. We had the set 4 course dinner and was super full. They also have the 13 course dinner for those hungry souls. Lol.
