Booked through Chope, left a comment to request for a nice table as we are celebrating a birthday. Was pleasantly greeted with a nice private room, so blessed! Ordered the $48 set and 3 other alacart meat dishes. Each was great. Our favourite was the Wagyu Ribeye Steak. I also enjoyed the salad and chawsmushi that accompanied the set.

The food was fantastic! The staff recommendations were good. Chose to go with the premium set of wagyu beef and pork. The pork jowl was tender. The portions may look small but certainly filling. Private room dining. I highly recommend that you choose the different sets from the basic to premium for sharing, so that you get the best mix and match. Add some additional plates of ox tongue, pork or beef slices if you think the sets are not enough. Best to reserve as tables are limited. Had a few walk-ins that were turned away. Remember to use your Sushi Tei membership for points accumulation, a recently added service as a part of the Sushi Tei family.

We had the Wagyu sharing for two, lovely experience and great tasting food. The service was also very nice.

Feeling very pampered & luxurious at Kuroki after having their sumptuous premium lunch set of 4 very refined cuts of wagyu, in addition of ox tongue & chicken thigh. I love their choice of sauces & pickles that add upon the already very nice meats even tastier. The ambience of the place is cosy & comfortable, and their service manager & staffs are warm & attentive, taking time to explain the different types of meat & how to cook it well, leaving me a very good memory & experience of Kuroki ~ the gem of the charcoal; that constantly heartwarming & longing to come back again..
