I went there on 30 Dec 2024. My advice, DONT COME HERE!
(1) WASTE MONEY - paid $199 for 9D eyebrows, but after 1 month, touch up is another $199. After-care cream is $38. Don't feel that I'm bring treated as a person, but just an income generator for them.
(2) LONG WAITING TIME - I arrived on time but have to wait for around 30min for my appointment bcoz beautician was doing for another customer. After putting numbing cream, said to put for a number of minutes, but beautician is still doing for another customer & another long wait.
(3) BAD QUALITY - the 9D hair-stroke eyebrows shape is boxed within my existing misty eyebrow embroidery. Very unnatural & 'dead' looking.

The technician, Katie and Hebe who did my eyelash extensions was very skilled and knowledgeable, and she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Love my lashes and it look natural yet glamorous.
