One Star – Very Disappointing Experience I passed by this shop and decided to give their lash lift a try, but I deeply regret it. The entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. The result was terrible — some of my eyelashes were even stuck together, making it look messy and unprofessional. I was honestly embarrassed to go out afterward. It quickly became apparent that the service staff lacked proper training. When I asked, she admitted she had only joined the salon six days ago after she graduated from school. This lack of experience showed in the results. I raised my concerns with the boss, Katey, and requested a discount due to the poor service. To my shock, instead of listening and offering an apology, she threatened to call security on me. Eventually, she agreed to the discount and said she would personally redo the lashes for me if I returned. While I appreciate the offer, I was still very disappointed with her initial reaction. A customer sharing genuine feedback should not be met with threats. This was honestly the worst eyelash result I’ve ever had. I wish I had never tried their service — my time, money, and energy were completely wasted. I’m sharing my experience here in hopes that others can make a more informed choice.

redeemed the 19.90 lash perm reward from EZ-link, and after more than an hour, there was no difference at all? my lashes were not in the slightest bit lifted, and when i asked if the result was supposed to be like this, she said yes because i didn't add $20 to opt for the collagen lash lift which would have curled it. doesn't make sense because the description in the ez-link reward said there would be a lift and with collagen. and aren't lash perms supposed to have some curl effect? feel super super scammed because i felt like i paid for chemicals (that also kinda felt like it was burning on my skin) to be put on my lashes... and the fact that this shop is in mandarin gallery??? didn't just pay $20 btw, i ended up paying 21.69 because they claimed that there was GST. also when had so much whitish glue stuck to my eyelids because of the tape they used, and she didn't clean it properly even though it was visibly there. never ever coming back to this scammy place. (the woman who did the lashes for me wasn't even in service attire... she was in some sports attire) p.s. i find it funny that she took a before and after photo of my lashes for marketing purposes lol... she's probably not putting it up because there's no effect at all

I went there on 30 Dec 2024. My advice, DONT COME HERE! (1) WASTE MONEY - paid $199 for 9D eyebrows, but after 1 month, touch up is another $199. After-care cream is $38. Don't feel that I'm bring treated as a person, but just an income generator for them. (2) LONG WAITING TIME - I arrived on time but have to wait for around 30min for my appointment bcoz beautician was doing for another customer. After putting numbing cream, said to put for a number of minutes, but beautician is still doing for another customer & another long wait. (3) BAD QUALITY - the 9D hair-stroke eyebrows shape is boxed within my existing misty eyebrow embroidery. Very unnatural & 'dead' looking.
