Had a terrible experience with dr. Siva who yelled at us for having a difference of opinion on raising our child. Found him to be extremely rude. We switched doctors and have a perfectly healthy baby. Would not recommend him as a paediatrician

Dr Mas Suhaila is a league of her own. She is truly a dedicated , caring, passionate, detailed and personable PD and I will go on to explain why next.
My husband and I met dr mas in the most nerve wrecking experience as first time parents When our baby was about 7 months old he was admitted to Mt A and was diagnosed with suspected blood disease, dr mas was a consulting PD for infectious disease. When I first met dr mas I was an organised mess it was during covid time and only one parent was allowed for the hospital stay,Dr mas left a deep impression in me, she visited and discussed with me about baby condition for over an hour - she listened to our baby condition from the very first incident right to down to the smallest details, and she visited us everyday after that for three weeks. Talk about dedication! She worked in great team work with dr Terence tan and together a successful healthcare plan was planned for baby.
After that we continued to see dr mas. Our baby is 25 months old now At all appointments planned or unplanned, dr mas never rushes us and always takes time to patiently listen to baby condition and calms me down as I tend to be more anxious. She also makes the effort to bond with our babies and bond with us, making her more than just a PD to us. She taught me so much not only
On baby care , but baby developments and milestones and most importantly self care for me. Her care and concern goes beyond just for baby but extending out to me and my husband too. So grateful for her.
With her, dr Mas has a capable nurse in charge - nurse racquel. My husband and I appreciates that nurse racquel is very experience with babies and she makes the effort to get to know baby while administering medication for him. It definitely does not seems like a job to her, we can feel she takes pride in her work and genuinely really care for our baby. Our baby in turn also likes her to administer medication for him - nebuliser and ventolin puffs that are a struggle at home , were easily carried out by nurse racquel. On one occasion when I tried to make a last minute appointment to see dr mas, nurse racquel is proves to be a person with principles and good practice, she told me “mommy I have to honour the appointments made and I can’t just slot you in” despite that she managed to find the next best available slot for me in the shortest amount of time.
Seeing dr mas and nurse racquel is like visiting a family. As much as it’s upsetting to have to see a doctor, my baby, husband and I find it comforting to see dr mas and nurse racquel as we know we are in the best care.
Thank you both so much for being an epitome of dedicated healthcare for all healthcare professionals to follow. They are definitely assets for Kinderclinic.
We truly appreciate you. Short of saying we love our PD!

My 3 sons have been patients here for so many years. Today I encountered a very bad experience with Dr.Siva and the cashier.
My 3 sons came to have vaccination. DR. SIVA was not in good mood at all, very rough to my kids and rude to me which I didn’t think a paediatrician should have been. I didn’t see any paediatrician characters in this doctor. He asked my kids to lay down and tended to push them down without even supporting their head. After that he rolled his eyes, raised his voice to my face “What’s the problem!” Did he even check the appointment sheet where i stated clearly when i made the appointment?
Only rush rush and rush for money. Not even a nice greeting when we came in
He spent only 2 mins with each of them. He didn’t even bother asking them questions or checking their development/problems. He was so ready to kick us out as soon as possible.
At the end I received the bill charging 2 of my sons the consultation fee 150$ each while it should be only 110$ for existing patients (stated on clinic sign of fee). When I questioned the cashier, she was not helpful at all to find out why she gave me this inaccurate charge. Firstly she said “this fee is for long consultation from 10-20mins”. After that she kept saying “this is the fee Dr.Siva charged. You go ask him”.
I came to ask Dr.Siva and he didn’t explain anything to me. He came to whisper to the manager and the cashier. After that they fixed my bill to 110$ each instead of 150$. The worst part was the attitude of the cashier. She gave me very rude attitude eventho the mistake was totally from their side
If I didn’t check my bill today, i would lose 80$. And what about all my bills they incorrectly charged me for so many years?
Please check your bills n choose doctors wisely

Dr Kenny Ee is an excellent paediatrician!! He tended to both of our children from delivery room and we continued on with him since. Dr Ee has a calm, gentle demeanour and is always on point in terms of his diagnosis as well as treatment for our children. More than that, we never feel rushed during our visits with him and he takes his time to go through the details with us, calming down both children and parents! Our children both adore Dr Ee and are actually excited when we tell them we are going to go see him for a check up. Highly recommend! In saying that, do note that the clinic is very busy and wait times can be long. We try to go on weekdays (but avoid Monday mornings) as it is slightly better than the weekends in terms of wait times.

Dr Mas is such a god sent for me and my family. She is the kindest and most dedicated PD I’ve come across. We’ve been with her since her days at kids clinic Bedok. While her current clinic is really not the most convenient for us, we know we always have to end up going back to her to see good progress for our kids’ illness. She’s almost like family to us and our kids are so comfortable at her clinic that they will help themselves to the candies or toys in her room 😂
More recently my husband and I caught covid a day after my caesarean and the hospital I’m in didn’t exactly have the best isolation protocol for a csect mom, so I ended up discharging and leaving baby in the nursery so as not to infect her. During this trying period, thankfully we appointed Dr Mas again as our (3rd) baby’s PD, she visited our baby everyday at the nursery for a week and always share pictures and videos of baby with me and also sharing updates about her health status, at the same time checking in on my well being. I’m beyond grateful!
As for the waiting time and counter staff, it’s pretty inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes not, but it’s still worth it for Dr Mas to see the kids (I hope she can eventually open up a practice in the east tho🥲!)
