Dr Mas is super caring and knowledgeable. She made us feel very welcome from the moment we step in. She provides detailed explanation about the condition of our son and she helps ease our worries. We truly appreciate her care and detailed explanation. Much recommended. Thank you Dr Mas!

Bad experience. In some cases they sit precariously on a moral boundary where they feign ignorance if you ask them why they behave in a certain way and in other instances they are just absolutely doing unethical things.
For example I was not informed that one of the child vaccines was optional and they just went ahead and administered it without consent.
They also blind side you with the cost - they do not inform you of any estimated costs before you arrive at the payment time. I was especially irked that having paid this clinic and doctor plenty money for several other services (and would continue to do so perpetually for the next few years) they neglected to inform me that I should have just gone to a local clinic and gotten the vaccines for free - so they are absolutely money grabbing above all else rather than being at minimum as medically motivated as they should be
Special shoutout also to the clinic manager who was shamelessly unwilling to listen to any sort of feedback. This matter could have ended there if they showed any sort of decorum

We have been seeing Dr Siva since our first daughter was born almost 10 years ago. He was the attending paed at a difficult birth in which there was some risk to the baby. Since then, he has impressed us with his knowledge and calm as a doctor. He can be blunt in what he says but we have never doubted that he had the best intentions for the child. Sometimes u have to take his comments and scoldings with a sense of humour. We have gone to him for a number of hairy and trivial situations and can always rely on him to tell us accurately what is going on and get the problem fixed if it is one. We have been to other paeds and hospitals but I will always go to Dr Siva where possible because I trust him to give the best diagnosis and treatment. The nurses and receptionists are also competent and professional. My only gripe is the expense, but it can't be helped as our kids' health is priceless.

Super terrible experience at the clinic. Baby is 6 months old and down with Covid. Upon placing her down dr Siva pulled her leg closer to do his checks. My baby then started wailing and he proceeded to yell that “it’s ok don’t need to panic the baby can cry”
My baby is crying obviously because she is uncomfortable lying down. How would you feel when your child is wailing and having a fever only for the doctor to yell at you and say “the baby will fight off the infection at this age”.
No empathy at all. If you’re looking at reassurance this is not the place you should go.

This clinic is inside the Paragon Shopping center..
Once you get inside the mall take a right turn and go towards the lift area.. this Kinder clinic is at the 7th floor.
They entertain walk-ins till 11:30 am and appointments too..
We cosulted Dr. Siva and he is very good.. he patiently listens to the problem and treat accordingly..
Area is big and have so many toys for all age groups kids to play.
Two negative points:
- Reception staff is rude
- Very very expensive

I was disappointed with our experience at this clinic due to the lack of empathy shown by the staff. When we expressed our concerns about our child (less than 2 years old) taking medication that contained steroids and explained that we chose not to use it, we also asked if there was any way we could get a refund on the unopened medication package. We thought it might be difficult to get a refund, but it didn’t hurt to ask since we hadn’t used it.
Unfortunately, we were met with a repetitive and unpleasant response: "We don’t do refunds on medication." The staff repeated this same sentence over and over again, rather than asking about how our child was doing.
It's really important for healthcare providers to pay attention to how their patients feel and what they’re worried about, instead of just sticking to rules and refund policies. A bit of empathy can make a huge difference for families.
Sadly, this experience left us feeling frustrated, ignored, and unwelcome as patients. I can't recommend this clinic based on how we were treated.

We only visited the clinic to see Dr Mas.
She was not our regular PD prior to this episode and we only came under her care when my son was warded following an episode of septic arthritis. While we were originally under our original PD, Dr Mas was called in to join the team and weigh in on my son's condition.
My first impression of Dr Mas was that she is very efficient. Everything moved very fast with her, and she followed up so closely with my son's condition that she readily accesses his stats and reports directly from her phone (she would request for his reports to be sent directly to her email) than from hosp/clinic records. Treatment plan would be decided on and informed of us, no time wasted.
She is also one of the most dedicated Dr we have seen, regularly updating us and also asking for updates about my baby. While being very efficient, she is also understanding and considerate of the pains of a parent and will do her best to make things easier for us. She will also listen to all our questions, consider, and answer them patiently.
Many hearts to her and we are thankful to have crossed path with her though our PD. One of the best.

We have been taking my daughter to Kinder Clinic since birth, she is now 1yo. So fair to say we can provide an accurate review. The reception staff are nice, prompt at answering the phone and tending to you upon arrival, and whilst good at accomodating last minute walk-ins, we have stopped going because of two reasons;
1) Wait times. On a good day, you might only need to wait 30min (with appointment) and on a bad day, it’s hours long. For a private clinic, it’s very noisy and chaotic (it’s a big clinic so heaps of children at any one time, almost like an ER). If you’re desperate enough, you will wait 3 hours for a 5min assessment (like we did).
2) Dr. Siva is not consistent at providing good customer service, at the start he was patient and took the time to answer our questions as first time parents but every appointment after has worsened since. He can be rude and rushes you out ASAP - no further explanation of medication or side effects, no description of what he is checking for, and no opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns. We always leave with more questions than answers, and after weeks of back to back sickness that is very frustrating. He lacks empathy and at times, pushes his authority on trivial things where information is now out of date (such as pacifier use). He is heavy handed and will force his tools into mouth/ears, providing no comfort to the baby. Don’t expect any small talk or niceties as you walk in. It’s all business.
So for the money we spend here, we’d rather go to a doctor where we felt heard and is a better fit for our approach as parents.

Five stars for Dr Kenny Ee. My kids have grown and no longer see a paediatrician, but whenever someone asks for a recommendation, I would instantly recommend him. We’ve visited many paediatricians for our children and Dr Ee is the best there is around. He is very thorough, detailed, calm and patient - a man of few words but always readily answering our questions and addressing our concerns. He takes detailed notes of symptoms to give an accurate diagnosis and does not rush through consultation.
Waiting times can be long without an appointment, but I guess this also speaks volumes about his competence and popularity amongst parents.
