On 11 May , I recvd a msg of my voucher expiring soon . Walked into Isetan khiel store around noon time . Was greeted by one of the sales staff . However, her attitude changed when I asked about the current promotion . She literally had her back against me when I was browsing the items making no effort to offer any service . Very pissed off by her attitude n walked out . Saw past monthly reviews n majority customers share bad rating for khiel KILL service .

I was wondering why the reviews are so polarised - most give 5 stars or 1 star. After entering the store, I could see why.
Initially, Kevin was tending to my queries and I requested for samples. Then when he was about to provide the samples, this middle-aged lady swooped in, took over, and shouted “what samples?!”, as if I’m a random beggar. She also mispronounced my name but I guess I’ll give an auntie some slack.
I was already intending to buy 1 or 2 products as I have heard good reviews. Since the customer experience was so bad, I will go to another store to purchase them instead.

Come to collect the sample which I signed up from marketing team, just would like to try their service, no surprising, they totally giving the “black face” and not interested in serving you. When I ask about the product, she just mentioned this is what you signed up! Ok then, I walk around and see the product she not interested to serve me even there is no customer in the store, just serve me after 3mins.

Kiehl is doing an extremely bad job in their PR and many customers have left as a result. Some of their products did not live up to my expectations. It’s a wake up call to replace Kiehl management team. I’m switching to other brands.

I was interested to get the Clearly Corrective Dark Spork Solution and ask for samples to try but the man there told me they do not have anything to try but when i go Tangs, the lady gave to me. I don't know if they really don't have but don't look down on people on mobility scooter la. I am really keen to buy but need to try if i can accept the smell and if i am sensitive to it.

The buying experience at this boutique was pleasant when I'm new to the brand. They created customer profile/account for me. My feedback is their online service was extremely poor. I could not activate my online account using my mobile number. Contacted the customer service via WhatsApp, they could not resolved it after waited for a week and did not update me. Tried today still unable to activate my account. Wanted to purchase items using the mid-year vouchers but unable to do so. Such a shame to a reputable brand having a poor e-commerce support.
