Came to get some samples (I signed up for this with your marketing team), as I was on the hunt for a new skincare brand. Staff was obviously uninterested to serve - Maybe ask your HQ team not to run such promotions if the team on the ground won’t cooperate?

Do not visit this store at all !! Not even worth 1 star. The staffs are not honest.

Received excellent service from the consultant. She wasn't pushing me to buy more products. That's what I really like about Kiehl's. They know their products are great and we will naturally come back to buy more products. I am already on my fourth product and really love their pricing and quality.

Wow. I have to say service was very good. Hazel put me at ease when handling my queries. She was very patient and gave good recommendations. Back home., love the product too. Will come back.
