Great experience. Was with my son out for lunch, staff is very attentive. We try the executive set lunch angus beef, is a 9 course meal. Chef will alert on fire display, So satisfying and full meal. Very spacious and we had plenty of space

The dinner at Ki Teppan & Rogama left me absolutely delighted. The staff's service was impeccable, with each member of the team exuding warmth and professionalism. From the moment we were seated around the teppanyaki grill, the chef's performance was nothing short of mesmerizing. Not only did they skillfully prepare each dish right before our eyes, but they also entertained us with their culinary flair and showmanship. As for the food itself, every bite was a symphony of flavors, from the sizzling meats and seafood to the perfectly seasoned vegetables. Each dish was cooked to perfection, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality and authenticity. Overall, my experience at the restaurant surpassed all expectations, making it a must-visit for anyone craving an unforgettable dining experience.

This place was simply lovely, and the number of reviews here don’t do it justice. Every single dish was on point with its flavours, textures and presentation. The service staff were very attentive and friendly and responded to our every need. The atmosphere was also a very strong draw as the restaurant is spacious yet quaint. We had kids with us and they had a lot of space outside to run around after the meal. Overall this was truly a top tier experience which left me so full and satisfied.

An update from my previous review. This restaurant is consistently good, even if not exceptional, which is an important achievement in an era of rising costs and staff turnover. It is still a favourite for both business and family meals due to the consistent good food and unobtrusive service that takes care of needs promptly while allowing for family or business conversation. On the teppanyaki side of the restaurant, the sets are good value. Beef and seafood are consistently good. Seasonal veg and sides also good. This restaurant always provides generous fried garlic slices on the side. And it has one of the most comprehensive sake lists around, which is also regularly updated with wide range of good quality choices.

I celebrated my birthday at the restaurant. We ordered the teppanyaki set lunch. Very good food, warm and great service too. There is a wide selection on the menu, so we will definitely go back.

Food was mid but this is one of the most disappointing teppanyaki in terms of service. The waiting time was atrocious so was the pace of the whole thing. Came on a Monday lunch, not many people. I ordered the executive lunch set and it took 40 min to serve 3 pcs of sashimi. Cmon??? After that all the dishes just came like at once. Then there was another 30 min wait for the beef. Honestly, the appetisers did not look very worthy of a teppanyaki. Chawanmushi was not bad and the potato salad. I was looking around waiting for the beef and I realised that there was four more people who sat at the counter for teppanyaki. They were served like 3 dishes before I even got my beef! What!!!???? The beef was rare although I wanted it medium. It was served without wasabi and sauce which was not traditional but I think still can accept it.

A new Rogama (charcoal grilled) and teppanyaki place at Palais Renaissance. Positioned as an affordable Atas Japanese joint in an equally Atas mall. They did a good job. We went for the lunch set and tried both Teppanyaki and Rogama. In general the Teppanyaki turned out better. The higher priced beef are better than the lower priced ( not always the case elsewhere). The seafood and beef platter turned out to be a winner. The portions looks small but believe me you will be filled. The sides were really good especially the chawanmushi. . Order the garlic fried rice - yummy. The only odd item is the tomato soup. Kinda of out of place in a traditional Japanese place (or I thought ). The plating is beautiful. Service is excellent and I hope they maintained it. They only had 1 Teppanyaki chef and the poor bloke has to shuffle between 2 groups of 5 - not easy. Yeah I would recommend giving it a try especially for lunch.

Visited Ki Teppan today with my daughter. Impressed with the spread of 3 restaurants into 1. Took on the seafoods and beef tenderloin teppan. Suggestively great with the teppan chef’s skills, everything turned out really nice. Came along with ebiko squid, chawanmushi, diced salad and the mains of tiger prawns, medium rare beef all to perfection. Finished off with garlic fried rice and miso soup. Yum. A really must try at this very unique restaurant. Perfect service by Patrick meticulous to every detail. Will be back soon !
