Went to Takashimaya outlet and it was my first time purchasing Jo Malone items.I was served by staff Farhana. Farhana was courteous, approachable, friendly, patient &reliable. She was patient as im not sure which fragrance that i want. She explained and recommended to me some fragrance that i may love. Overall excellent service from your staff Farhana! Keep it up!

Terrible promotion campaign! Promised to give out free samples but when walked in to the Takashimaya shopping center, the staffs said it was fully redeemed! Make sure you have enough samples to giveaway else don’t do it what a lousy brand and waste of my time to traveling down. Most importantly they already took my personal data which is annoying

I am a long time supporter of this brand but didn't expect such horrible service from that takashimaya outlet at around 1:50pm May 1, 2021. I saw the marmalade collection not long ago from social media and totally fail in love with its packaging. When I walked into the store at around 1:50 the lady greeted me with arrogant tone as I asked for the beloved collection. She introduced me to the collection and I LOVEd them all. I then proceeded to tell her that I will purchase all of the 5 perfumes from the collection. She then offereded me a display set and as I asked if I can have the paper box as well she answered me again in her arrogant tone that I will not get the box. This is ridiculous as I know that Jo Malone always promise great packaging for any purchase. I understand if the limited edition packaging is limited but I think there is always a better way to serve your loyal customer and brand lover. I love your products and I wish you do well here in Singapore. I am sorry for such a beautiful brand to be affected by horrible frontline staff.
