sales assistant attitude is not friendly, like always in a rush whereas there's no other customers but me. another young lady assistant pack my stuffs while joking around with other colleague. i just checked inside my shopping bag that my new body cream i just bought earlier in the afternoon is leaked and packed improperly!

I bought a set of travel size Jo Malone perfume at the airport and I didn't like some scent. I walked into the shop and shared my thoughts with the sales assistant and she was so kind and professional in explaining how I can mix two scents together. Now I can use all of my travel kit and I'm extremely happy with it. I use them almost everyday!
This is what I call good customer service and having knowledge staff that can help the company bring forward their brand and product usage. She didn't mind I didn't buy anything from her but in return i'm now a loyal customer ofJo Malone! Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Great job my lady!!!

I was attended to by staff Pei on 27 Jun 2024 Thu for the Night Ritual in collaboration with Singapore Wellness Fest. I was offered the Lemon Basil and Mandarin scent and Moonlit Camomile cologne to try after an arm wash and massage. I was served tea as well. The whole experience was very comfortable and I'm glad to have been taken care of by Pei during that time. Thank you once again!

I had a wonderful experience with Peiyun at Jo Malone. She has a great eye for detail and really took the time to understand my preferences. Her recommendations were spot on and helped me discover the perfect fragrance. On top of that, her customer service was excellent—warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend asking for Peiyun if you’re visiting!

Went on a mission to find the Hinoki & Cedarwood Cologne. Decided on 100ml & only available exclusively in their own stores. (Sephora only had the 50ml.)
I already knew what I wanted and it was available here. Sze Ying assisted me & informed me that there’s a small gift for my purchase. So I had to buy another one, which was the Cypress & Grapevine Cologne. So I had 2 gift sets. 🎈
Overall, I feel that Sze Ying was knowledgeable in her work and the customer experience I had in the store was both professional and warm. Keep it up!

Very bad service from one of the female staff who was talking loudly to her colleague in mandarin while packing some boxes. Visited last month as I was shopping for a gift. When I asked for assistance , she shouted “WHAT” rudely from the counter, then snapped back “YES” to my question. Never visiting this branch again. What a shame.

Seconding what Emily said, terrible promotion campaign. They mislead and lie to potential customers through their marketing and waste their customers time going down thinking that they’ll be able to curate a personal scent for themselves. I am embarrassed and disappointed I recommended Jo Malone to other people.

The sales assistant at Ngee Ann City’s outlet, Joey, was very friendly and patient. The engraved nametags with my initials were no longer available when I bought my purchase from the store, but Joey offered to help me reserve one in the next shipment, so that I can collect it the next time I visit. Great service :)

Got to the Jo Malone at Taka pretty late, about 25 mins before closing. Despite the late time, Charmaine was really friendly and warm when serving. She was also informative and knows her stuff well. Very happy with the customer service 💕💕💕 definitely hope to catch her on the new release of upcoming scents …
