Bad experience at this salon. Did magic curls with Ivan but outcome was weak and broomstick curls despite blow drying my hair daily. Poor customer service recovery too as nothing was done to salvage my situation despite couple of feedbacks to the stylist. Yes he may have attended to my texts immediately, but never once did he initiate or request for me to go back to the salon for him to have a look at what the issue with my curls was. My situation was escalated to management, after which he initiated the review process and requested that I return for further consideration. He was also very rude and shouting back at me over the phone, despite me being his customer, when I was trying my best to explain the whole situation to him which he did not understand. Really no respect for his client considering heโs in the service line. At the end of it all, after he found out that I wrote an honest review on my experience, he backed out and decided not to treat the issue anymore. Additionally, I called the salon to speak to and clarify with him, and he had the cheek to shout back at me saying โCheryl stop it I wont touch your hair anymore.โ Just a malaysian stylist here in Singapore, yet so unprofessional, and not able to take real genuine feedback. Below are images to show how he didnโt admit that my hair was under-processed initially, yet accused me for wanting this style. And also a proof on how he deleted texts upon knowing I made an honest review on my experience, despite agreeing to do a service recovery. Really unprofessional and immature, and someone who can face hard truths even after acknowledging his mistakes.
