The counter staff I encountered was extremely rude. I went to your shop to purchase some clothes, and when I politely asked if I could get a new piece of an item, the staff looked very stern and replied with just one word: Queue!
Her tone and attitude were so harsh that I genuinely felt like I was being scolded by a school disciplinary teacher.
Is it really so difficult to speak with basic courtesy? Even saying “Please queue” would have made a big difference.
I strongly feel that your team may need additional customer service training, as such behaviour leaves a very poor impression on your customers.

Flew all the way from Indonesia just to shop at Iora, only to end up with the wrong item 😌 I went to the cashier and a worker offered to bring me a new piece—I didn’t think much of it and just went ahead with payment. But when I got home and unpacked, turns out they slipped in a shorts with the same pattern instead. Sadly no receipt, and I’ve already flown back. Guess I’ll just have to live with it. Never thought they’d make such an error.

One of the fashion stores that has upgraded to a classy boutique, only by providing sitting area for customers. It could be a "small things", but it truly humanizes their guests.
Why don't other stores set a good example like this?

Place was huge and with good collection of stylish female clothes and handbags. Fitting rooms were spacious and manned by hardworking and friendly staff. Cynthia was pleasant and she assisted my friend (who was in one of the room and needed another size of an outfit) to bring in a new piece of another size for trying. We appreciated her spontaneous assistance. We also saw how the team worked in a very cohesive manner. Excellent services!

On 18 July, I visited the IORA outlet at Wisma and came across a new brand called Juba. I absolutely loved the collection 😃it has a Japanese-inspired style that’s both unique and refreshing.
I would also like to compliment the sales staff, Yvonne, at the outlet. She provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the products. Her friendly and helpful attitude made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Keep up the good work! I’ll definitely be back again.

Great selection of clothes especially from Juba brand. But payment is under Iora. Gave 3 stars as the staffs at cashier made me felt unwelcome as I was paying. Staff spoke in Chinese and probably didn’t expect me to buy.

If you are an Indian, then its a must visit place with your family. Excellent collection for women, and at a price point unheard of in Singapore. Great design and amazing cloth quality. Cheers to the creators.

One of my favs shop in SG, prices are not too bad, affordable and kinda unique that haven't see in Au. This shop are lots to choose from, also bigger than the other shops too and heaps of selections as well. If you want the sizing, you should go straight to the cashier and don't bother asking the one fixing the clothes rack because they can't help you at all. Would be nice that they should put someone that helpful. And teach them the customer service.

Tried some clothes at this outlet, and the sales girl at the fitting room, Cynthia, had great service. Went out of her way to let me know about the ongoing promotions. Another sales man, Jun Wei, have good working attitude! The other 2 sales lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful.
