iORA brings well-made apparel at economic pricing to Wisma Atria, where the women clothing retailer offers versatile and timeless designs that transition seamlessly from workwear to smart casual styles. Located at #03-27/28 of 435 Orchard Road, the boutique focuses on providing accessible fashion that balances quality construction with value pricing, addressing the wardrobe needs of modern women who require multiple outfit options without excessive expenditure.
The brand business model centers on delivering apparel that performs across various wearing occasions, eliminating the need for separate work wardrobes and weekend collections. This versatility proves particularly valuable for professionals whose schedules demand efficient dressing solutions that maintain appropriate formality for office environments while remaining comfortable and stylish enough for after-work social activities or weekend errands. The timeless design philosophy avoids extreme trend-chasing that quickly dates garments, instead favoring classic silhouettes and neutral color palettes that remain wearable across multiple seasons.
Collections span essential wardrobe categories including blouses and tops suitable for business settings, trousers and skirts in professional cuts and fabrics, dresses that work for both office wear and social occasions, and smart casual separates that coordinate easily for weekend styling. The focus on economic pricing makes it feasible to build complete outfits or refresh existing wardrobes without the financial strain associated with premium fashion retailers, while quality construction standards ensure garments withstand regular wear and laundering.
The Wisma Atria location provides convenient access for working women shopping along Orchard Road during lunch breaks or after office hours. The central positioning within the shopping district allows customers to combine clothing purchases with other errands or dining, maximizing efficiency for busy schedules. For women seeking reliable, versatile apparel that delivers professional polish and casual ease at accessible price points, iORA offers practical fashion solutions that address real wardrobe needs rather than aspirational trend cycles.

The counter staff I encountered was extremely rude. I went to your shop to purchase some clothes, and when I politely asked if I could get a new piece of an item, the staff looked very stern and replied with just one word: Queue!
Her tone and attitude were so harsh that I genuinely felt like I was being scolded by a school disciplinary teacher.
Is it really so difficult to speak with basic courtesy? Even saying “Please queue” would have made a big difference.
I strongly feel that your team may need additional customer service training, as such behaviour leaves a very poor impression on your customers.

Flew all the way from Indonesia just to shop at Iora, only to end up with the wrong item 😌 I went to the cashier and a worker offered to bring me a new piece—I didn’t think much of it and just went ahead with payment. But when I got home and unpacked, turns out they slipped in a shorts with the same pattern instead. Sadly no receipt, and I’ve already flown back. Guess I’ll just have to live with it. Never thought they’d make such an error.

I love the quality of iORA clothes and always pay a visit to this particular boutique because it has a wider selection compared to others. I am frequently in SG and this is the first time I've gone to an iORA boutique that didn't automatically get new stocks for the items I bought. When I asked for new stocks, the lady did get them but when she returned to the counter, proceeded to throw the items on top and told me that "The next time you want new items, say it before payment." I found this extremely rude and was disappointed to have been treated this way. I went to the store on Fri Sep 22 at around 6:30. She was on the same shift as Stanley who assisted me with my GST refund.

I was browsing and actually looking for pants .As i turned around, I was startled by a sales girl was staring at me. She did not offer any help and went on to tidied the area that touched by me. seems like no one in this store was keen to provide any service at all.

Counter service not that good and staff don’t seem really willing to help. But staff at fitting room is fine. Not keen to make purchase after finding some of the new pieces having stitching issues.

One of the fashion stores that has upgraded to a classy boutique, only by providing sitting area for customers. It could be a "small things", but it truly humanizes their guests.
Why don't other stores set a good example like this?

Place was huge and with good collection of stylish female clothes and handbags. Fitting rooms were spacious and manned by hardworking and friendly staff. Cynthia was pleasant and she assisted my friend (who was in one of the room and needed another size of an outfit) to bring in a new piece of another size for trying. We appreciated her spontaneous assistance. We also saw how the team worked in a very cohesive manner. Excellent services!

On 18 July, I visited the IORA outlet at Wisma and came across a new brand called Juba. I absolutely loved the collection 😃it has a Japanese-inspired style that’s both unique and refreshing.
I would also like to compliment the sales staff, Yvonne, at the outlet. She provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the products. Her friendly and helpful attitude made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Keep up the good work! I’ll definitely be back again.

If you are an Indian, then its a must visit place with your family. Excellent collection for women, and at a price point unheard of in Singapore. Great design and amazing cloth quality. Cheers to the creators.
