I had a fantastic experience at IORA’s Wisma outlet. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of.
One associate in particular, Cynthia a “part-time staff member” stood out for her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit, offering thoughtful suggestions and honest feedback without ever being pushy. Cynthia took the time to understand my style and preferences, which made the whole shopping experience not only stress-free but genuinely enjoyable.
It’s clear that the team at IORA values customer satisfaction and takes real pride in their work. I’ll definitely be returning and won’t hesitate to recommend this store to friends.

I love the quality of iORA clothes and always pay a visit to this particular boutique because it has a wider selection compared to others. I am frequently in SG and this is the first time I've gone to an iORA boutique that didn't automatically get new stocks for the items I bought. When I asked for new stocks, the lady did get them but when she returned to the counter, proceeded to throw the items on top and told me that "The next time you want new items, say it before payment." I found this extremely rude and was disappointed to have been treated this way. I went to the store on Fri Sep 22 at around 6:30. She was on the same shift as Stanley who assisted me with my GST refund.

I was browsing and actually looking for pants .As i turned around, I was startled by a sales girl was staring at me. She did not offer any help and went on to tidied the area that touched by me. seems like no one in this store was keen to provide any service at all.

Counter service not that good and staff don’t seem really willing to help. But staff at fitting room is fine. Not keen to make purchase after finding some of the new pieces having stitching issues.

Now I understand why People talks of Cashier. After I found my shirt was damaged, I had to use my lunch break for exchange. Cashier manager was only busy talking of their own policy, but never ever apologised regarding cloth damage.
Cashier (she) doesn't apologise about hole on shirt sleeve.
Cashier doesn't apologise for my wasting time and effort.
Cashier pretended that she is doing her favour to exchange shirt, and tried to teach me what to do next time.
I used a lot of branches in Singapore & Malaysia. And surely, she managed to create the worst experience among all.
