I cannot state this strongly enough - this place is the best when you need to give a blood test! I was recommended by my GP as the place that always gets the job done (so I didn't read any reviews beforehand). I am terrified of needles, blood vessels, blood itself (cannot look at the procedure without the potential of fainting) and the person who took my blood today was a literal magician, getting everything done really fast with me only feeling the insertion of the needle in the beginning. That's it!
Usually at blood tests they poke me very painfully too many times without sometimes even getting any results.
I did tell them prior to the test that I have poor veins, usually at blood tests they cannot get the blood, and that I might faint when I look at what they'll be doing. They switched the person who was going to take my blood and that person did the job perfectly. I am still amazed how they managed to do the (usually) impossible. Thank you so much!

Shoutout to Nurse Iris who just did the quickest and most painless blood drawing I’ve ever had in my life!
As someone who has “thin” capillaries which usually cause nurses to do several attempts at poking and drawing from my inner elbow (and even reverting to drawing from my hand) before filling a vial, I sat down already psyching myself out for another “ordeal”.
I was really impressed by my experience today and couldn’t help but write a review! 3 vials filled, no waiting time, was in and out from dropping the referral form to blood drawing in less than 10 mins (8:30am).

Thank you to all the friendly staff managing the counter. Nurse Iris was really enjoyable to interact with leading up to the blood sample taking. My appreciation to her for not only doing the job effectively, but the courtesy she showed me, making my morning a happy one. May there be many more meaningful moments for the people working in your lab as you continue to practise genuine care for the people who come your way.

I just had my blood test done for 1st trimester at Dr Freda clinic & Cecelia did my blood works. She is so amazing! She managed to draw the blood at one go, usually it takes a couple of times for others as my veins are very thin. Thank you Cecelia, You did great 👍🏾 ! …

Went for a health check. The nurse draw blood was fast and professional. Staff is friendly. Not much waiting time
