For someone with veins that are hard to find it is always an anxious to have a blood test. The staff was spot on and manage to draw 5 tubes of blood without any discomfort. Thank you.

I had my blood drawn on 22 Sep at Fullerton health screening clinic. Innoquest called me on 6 Oct that they will sent someone over to me to redo the blood test. I'm guessing they had screwed up and lost my blood sample.
Selvi from innoquest had came to my office. She is experienced and manage to complete within 30mins. Selvi answered to the questions I had.
Hopefully this will not happened again.

Gosh, who would ever expect to have so much fun going for a blood draw?! My sister & I certainly had a rollickin' great time doing just that at Innoquest, Paragon! :D
The phlebotomy team working at this location are a great crew of wonderful individuals. Their camaraderie is obvious & together they fill the office with such a collective sense of lighthearted joy.
This fact, in combination with their high standards of professionalism, really helped to immediately ratchet down the internal tension individuals (the terribly "squeamish-about-blood-&-hypodermic-needles" types) like myself & my sister naturally bring into the phlebotomy room... so much so, that we were miraculously all smiles during our entire time in there (LOL, in some ways, it even felt more like some sort of social visit instead of an appointment for some dreaded medical-related procedure)!
Additionally, the procedure itself was so deftly carried out that I must say this is first and only time I have ever experienced an actual PAINLESS blood-draw!!! Even though we had different phlebotomists, my sister had a similar experience too!

No one ever actually likes getting a blood-draw, but if it's something that can't avoided, then definitely consider going to Innoquest Paragon to get it taken care of!
PRO TIP: do yourself a major favour — make sure you are well-hydrated before you go in for your blood-draw! that way, you'll have adequately "plumped up" veins for the phlebotomist to work with (instead of "collapsed", dehydrated vessels that will necessitate a lot more uncomfortable "fishing around" to locate a viable vein).

thank you to the team at innoquest! i came in feeling rather anxious after a rough first experience at another clinic where they only managed to draw one tube of blood & i was honestly dreading doing it again.
but the staff here were so gentle and reassuring—the whole process was done so smoothly and painlessly, i could hardly believe it. special thanks to the staff with “wonder hands” really appreciate the care! :)

I had an excellent experience at Innoquest, thanks to Nurse Iris. After two failed and painful attempts at another clinic, I was referred here—and Iris was a total lifesaver. She was calm, gentle, and incredibly skilled. She found the vein on her first try and made the whole process smooth and painless. I truly appreciated her professionalism and reassuring presence. Thank you, Iris, for turning what had been a stressful experience into a positive one!

I went for a blood test today and the experience was so pleasant and Amirul was the one who assist to draw the blood for me. Honestly I am very scare of drawing blood and I super scare of pain and my vein sometimes they can’t find. Before starting , I was like so anxious and keep complaining and whiny though.But Amirul is so patient and ensure me and calm me down to make sure I am alright and keep me at ease that the whole process is a quick and fast! And YES! Quick and nearly no pain( which can tolerate). I am impressed not just by the blood drawing but is the extra miles your staff will to make a patient feel at ease and less nervous! Thank you so much for making my horrible pain a pleasant one!

Rude staff who are completely unhelpful. I asked for a larger container to collect my stool sample so that I wouldn't make a mess and am able to transfer to the sample bottle but was met with "that's all we have". I made do with a narrow tube to collect my stool sample hoping that nothing will spill. I then asked about the turnover time for the result of the stool sample and was curtly told "2 weeks". I had to call my primary doctor and ask to clarify and then it suddenly became "2-3 working days". Unprofessional staff who stand around and stare.

An extremely professional blood drawer his name Fadz my grandma manage to get all 9 tubes in just 1 time when she normally took 5 times since her vessels are very small and hard to find

Before visiting, I had no idea why the clinic had such bad Google reviews, until visited for the 1st time, and I swear this will be the last time as well. The nurse was searching for the blood vessel after the long needle was under the skin deeply, 5, 6 times adjusting to the different directions , can you imagine how painful it was when the needle was basically stirring inside the vessel. And saying can apply ice pack if have bruise later on. Is it normal to have bruise after blood test? Definitely no! This was the worst blood test experience so far in my life. If I can give 0 google star, I will. Defiantly not recommend, try to avoid to be exact.

Efficient process - came at 8.40am on Monday morning for blood tests and left within 10 mins.
Iris was fantastic - it’s normally hard to find my veins but she found it so quickly and made the entire drawing blood process so painless. Thank you!
