The worst service center ever! They have absolutely no idea what they're supposed to do. Huawei really needs to reflect on itself. Especially when it comes to choosing partners.

Update: DO NOT BUY HUAWEI! My GT5 watch screen went blank after 5 months of purchase and light usage. Terence at the customer service said no refunds, no exchange and it will take up to 8 weeks to change a screen. Product quality is so poor considering it's a new watch. Not to mention all the syncing issues I had with HPB and other fitness apps. UPDATE: now there will be a 1-1 exchange, in which Huawei claims it's a brand new watch (as opposed to giving me a refurbished one). However, despite claims of it being brand new, I had to unbox the watch in front of them, and for them to take it back inside to "run tests to make sure". Thereafter I was also told the warranty of this "new" watch will follow the remaining warranty of my previous watch. Note, I have 5 months of warranty left, and my previous new watch broke after 5 months of usage. So... do the math. FYI - I was also asked remove my google review and to sign a T&C form, whom the staff claims has no warranty details. That claim was incorrect, warranty T&Cs were stated on #7.

Last time I went to the service center, there was a salesgirl who was very rude and impatient. I was holding my Huawei phone from China and asked her how to back up my data to a new phone. She showed an impatient expression, told me to take a number, and pushed me over to the after-sales department. Then she just sat back down and kept using her phone — very rude and with a terrible attitude! Isn’t the sales department supposed to assist customers with data backup? Instead, it was the young staff from the after-sales department who patiently guided me through the whole backup process. Thumbs up to the Huawei after-sales team! As for that salesgirl in the sales department — she’d better reflect on her attitude.

There's a female salesperson with blonde hair who was very rude to us. Special mention that it was not the customer service support staff, it was a salesperson roaming around the store that was rude to us. We asked her about the D2 airbag strap replacement and she straight away said no and in a very rude tone. Happenned around 1340hrs on 17 Oct 2025. We came here to replace the strap because the staff at the Pasir Ris and Nex branches asked us to come to Somerset to get the steak replacement. However, the salesperson straight up said they don't sell and was very rude about it... Where are we supposed to get spare parts

The only male staff on duty when I was there was rude and unhelpful. Seems his idea of customer service was to not serve anyone and to turn all potential customers or existing customers away. His attitude was exceptionally poor and I wonder why he chose to be in support with this kind of manners. I went to Concept, Sim Lim, 1 hr travel, bought a new watch!! If you dont plan to be helpful then please closed the expensive rental front at 313!!

I’d like to sincerely commend Joyce and Julie for their outstanding support during my recent visit. I came in unable to access the Play Store, and they spent 1.5 hours patiently troubleshooting the issue with me. Though my phone had been jailbroken and was difficult to fix, they were never judgemental. Instead, they showed remarkable patience, clarity, and kindness, explaining the technical challenges and were determined to help me find solutions — in fact, I left with more functionality than I had before. They answered all my questions patiently, understood my frustrations, and completely changed my mind about leaving Huawei. Their professionalism, empathy, and technical skill were truly impressive. I'm very thankful for them (:

I recently visited the Huawei Store at 313 Somerset to check out a few watch collections. The staff were incredibly friendly, attending to me quickly and providing thorough information on the products. They made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable with their professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Huawei’s products!

I paid a visit yesterday to check out the Huawei Fit 4 Pro smart watch. I needed to see the actual gadget and understnad better how it will work with my android phone. The lady at the store was proactive and came to introduce the gadget and shared much needed information on how to sync it and how to make it work with my phone. I made a decision to get one after the positive experience with the lady who assisted me. I went on to check out their range of phones. I have gained some new understanding of their products and their quality ! Truly. I see myself coming back to Huawei and getting a new phone once my current is due to be replaced. I may see myself seeking help with my new smart watch, but I am sure the help given will only make me enjoy the gadget even more. Thank you Huawei@ 313

The repair service is closed on Wed and thu. The counter is only run by one counter guy at any time. He takes his time for sure. So even if there is only 1 or 2 people in front of you be prepared to wait 45 min at least. Don't ever buy Huawei products. The customer service is non existent.

Long waiting time for sending or collecting the phone, even though a few customers are around and many staff inside the store. No spare part for certain phone models to repair, still the Center took long while (few weeks) to find out this . Staff named Julie was rude toward the customer and no proper channel to complain against her service attitude. Lousy service!
