I am deeply impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Terence Thien and Ms. SAF (a Malay lady) during my visit to the Huawei Service & Experience Centre today. Their professionalism and dedication truly made my experience exceptional. Additionally, I would like to commend Mr. Daniel, an experienced sales representative, for sharing his valuable knowledge with me. His insights have given me even greater confidence in Huawei products. Two thumbs up to all the individuals mentioned! Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Be prepared to wait long hours ...atleast 1 hour to 1.5 hours to get a customer service rep to help you !!! I have a Mate20 pro which I got on Dec 18 and in 6 weeks it started to display a green line on the screen ..when I took it in...they are not replacing the phone...after making me wait for more than one hour...the lady supervisor of the shop was inside the room and refused to come out to meet me even after several requests ... The phone is a great phone but having display issues which the service centre is not replacing though it is well within the purchase replacement dates. I am wondering if I need to check with a lawyer on what my options are as a valid consumer.

I'm a senior who had just bought a Huawei Band 9 for my wife in June 2025. The Huawei was selected specifically for its compatability with Singapore's HPB 365 app. Unfortunately, we faced difficulties syncing the Huawei Health App to the HPB 365 app. So we turned to Huawei Showroom outlet at 313 Somerset  in Orchard Road. Unfortunately, the tech support team were not in attendance on the day and we had just been disappinted earlier when we visited the Westgate outlet which was closed for renovation. Desperate, we turned to the staff in attendance. Her name is Ms Happiness. What a delight she was! Although not in the tech support team, she helped us through the entire process to set up my wife's watch and app over nearly half an hour, working around our mess-ups - all the time beaming and patient. WHAT AN AMAZING & REFRESHING EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU HAPPINESS! HUAWEI, you have a Jem!

Don't like the phone but love the top notch service. Submitted phone for repair on Tuesday lunch time, got SMS to collect the following morning. Hassle free. No forms to fill, just walked in with phone that's still under warranty. Only drawback is the queue to wait to submit is super long. 1.5 hrs for 16 ppl queue. Go at 11am sharp to avoid queue.

20240616: Despite speaking with the salesman for over 10 minutes who approached me to "help" with my purchase, failed to mention that the Band 9 that I was upgrading to, from the Band 3 Pro, didn't support GPS 20210214: Tay who was on duty at midday on Sunday 14/02 was blur. Said that they didn't stock a product then found it in the store after I insisted. Was unable to test the item for me in store. Really poor service that doesn't help the Huawei brand. Store looked more like a store room
