It was a delight shopping with my family at Hermès Takashimaya, and Minghui truly made the experience special. He welcomed us with such warmth, putting my children at ease as they browsed and chose what caught their eye. His explanations were thoughtful and rich with history, which my husband truly appreciated before making any decisions. Throughout it all, Minghui's patience shone through, and there was this quiet rapport he shared with us that felt just right. It's a rare treat to encounter such seamless service at Hermès, especially among the sales associates. My family, my young children included, left feeling genuinely happy with their shopping experience. Keep bringing your best, Minghui Lin. You light up Hermès beautifully.

My family and I came to Hermes Taka on 29 June and was promptly greeted by SA Luke. Luke was warm and welcoming, displayed great knowledge of the products and his enthusiasm made the whole experience so memorable. I knew I wanted the Orans for my birthday present but his great service and friendly disposition resulted in us purchasing more than intended. Excited to shop with Luke again!

I was served by SA Sherry on 27th of March, she's very friendly and i was also very impressed with her proactivness. She noted on my liking and recommended the colour that I fell in love at first sight and gotten it without hesitation! Even my mum who's with me, was impressed with her service. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my Hermès bracelet service case.I was informed that Hermès Brussels would contact me for a follow-up regarding my recent purchase, but to date, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased this bracelet from your Hermès Brussels store, and after careful use only 1 time, I discovered hidden scratches underneath the bracelet, which are only visible upon close inspection. I sent the bracelet to Hermès Singapore in July for assessment and repair, and your staff informed me that the item would be sent to Paris for further evaluation. However, it has now been nearly four months, and I have yet to receive any proper update or resolution. This delay is unacceptable, especially for a luxury brand like Hermès. Furthermore, before my purchase, I was assured by your staff that the bracelet comes with a two-year warranty, yet this service experience has been extremely disappointing and far below the expected Hermès standard. After nearly two months, the bracelet was returned from Paris to Singapore without any action taken or resolution provided. I am extremely disappointed that such a simple issue has been dragged out for months without accountability. What makes it even more unacceptable is that your team from brussels is now trying to place the blame on me for this long delay, when the delay clearly occurred between your Singapore and Paris offices! Please kindly check why they took so long for such issue before you telling me it clearly take 4 months! I need to escalate this to the highest management level for immediate attention. I request a clear update on the current status of my bracelet and a swift resolution — either a replacement or repair — as soon as possible! I will also share my experience with others in social media so that they are aware of how poorly after-sales service is being handled by your team! Last but not least, this is not acceptable at all as i did not wear it immediately after i purchased and i only use it a month later. I urge Hermès to take this matter seriously and provide a proper after care service that has promises before i purchased along with an immediate solution! Looking forward to your reply! The bracelet is currently in Hermes Singapore Takashimaya outlet and after nearly months I still did not get anything!

I went to Hermes at Takashimaya today at 1330pm and was attended by May. She gave me a very pleasant smile when she approached me offering assistance. She is very friendly, helpful and patient while waiting for me to decide on the pocket square. Thank you May!

Visited the store this afternoon to try on a pair of Oran sandals. The lady who served me (I don’t know her name, but she had a mole on her lower lip) had a rather condescending attitude and seemed frustrated when I asked to try on a few more colours. The experience felt unwelcoming and definitely not what I’d expect from a brand of this calibre.

Visited all the Hermes stores in Singapore whenever we are near one and we would agree with everyone else how unpleasant each visit was. Not until we met MeiLi on Monday night, at the newly renovated Takashimaya store, who changed our perspective and this is the first time ever we had a pleasant experience. We were wowed by her cheerful disposition, her patience in answering our questions and giving recommendations. The experience she provided truly outweighs whatever product we got. Thanks MeiLi, we look forward to seeing you soon!
