I came to the salon for a hair wash and blow out. I asked for curly hairstyle and I absolutely loved the blow out. It was a bit more expensive than other places for a blow+hair wash it was 65$, however the hairdressers took 1 hour to complete everything, which felt like a fair price. They even helped me to preserve my curls when I went out. However, all the troubles started when I went back home. I realized that the smell of something burned was following me everywhere. And once I opened my hair I realized how burned they smelled. I was honestly shocked with the smell, it followed me for at least 3 days, I was frankly speaking scared to wash my hair. I also felt very sad and anxious about the severe heat damage. While I was at the salon I was busy with work on my phone and I did not nitpick, when the hairdresser was finishing the front curls I felt like she held them way too long on a hot curling iron, and my hair are very thin European hair. Anyways, I feel absolutely distraught about the quality of my hair after the wash, they are frizzy and there is some breakage that creates those fly-aways. I think this salon doesn’t know how to treat thin European type of hair. That is why I gave 2 stars, because I actually like the quality of the service but what is the point of they burn my hair?
