Disappointed with the service of the lady in charge. Went to this branch, because I needed help to cut the belt that I bought in the airport. Since it is for gifting, they don’t recommend to cut it. I understand that. But it’ll be use overseas. They did cut it, but it was too short. Also did not offer any alternatives. Not helpful at all.

Excellent service by Toh Wei Jie! He was so patient in explaining the details of the shoes that I shortlisted and tips on maintenance and getting used to leather sole. He even guided me to sign up for Paragon Club membership. It was my first Ferragamo purchase and I am super impressed with the service and quality of the product. Will definitely purchase more stuff in the future, especially the shoes - it's so comfortable. It's the best moccasins I have ever owned!

Extremely poor service. I no longer purchase any of their products. Went to request for repair service of the zipper of a wristlet I have purchased couple of years ago. Wristlet broke within a few months of usage. I chucked it in the back of the closet and forgotten about it until today and I decided I'd bring it in for service. Was told the product is discontinued and there is nothing they could do about it. It is just a very simple zipper replacement that could be done at any repair shop and yet this brand claims "there is nothing they can do about it". Every purchase I have made from them, ranging from belts, wallets, handbags, hairballs, small accessories, etc. break within a year of use. Never have I encountered a worse brand. Please save your money and spend your money elsewhere.

Sent my shoes for repair and was lucky to have sales ambassador , Shanice & Jasmine attend to me . They were professional in handling the matter . Collected my shoes after 3 days and was pleased with outcome . Kudos gals .

Most of the sales staffs can be very impatient and not willing to serve customers. Staff will put a black and moody face when customers not buying anything from her. Bad and horrendous service. How can a brand such as Salvatore Ferragamo employed such employees to serve customers in this horrendous and belittle attitude towards customers. The management should look into this matters and train staffs to be more efficient and helpful when attending to customers.
