First class services and top notch arrangement (especially the food) by Dynasty Travel on my recent group trip to Japan. Deeply appreciate to all on the fast responses and adjustment made to accommodate my group's requests. My mother and I participated in the 9D7N Hokkaido Winter Wonderland tour, and overall, it was a wonderful, well-planned trip, especially since it was my first time visiting Japan. Throughout the journey, our tour leader, Mr. Darren Tien, was patient, caring, and friendly, particularly towards the elderly. He took the time to listen to their questions and to anyone else who had questions, and explained things clearly without showing frustration. Whenever someone was in need, he was always willing to help by offering physical support, giving directions, or ensuring everyone was comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness made the group feel safe, respected, and well cared for. Finally, I hope to keep in touch, and if there are future travel plans or tours led by Mr. Darren, I would be more than happy to drop a message and join again.

We engaged Dynasty Travel to plan a bespoke family trip to Japan (Tokyo & Mt Fuji) with our parents and close friends. Since this was meant to be a meaningful holiday together, we wanted a well-curated bespoke experience that would take into account everyone’s preferences and dietary requirements (such as no live seafood), rather than the stress of planning everything ourselves or joining a standard tour group. Initially, we had reached out to another big-name agency, but their responses were tardy and their proposal was neither well-prepared nor professional. That experience did not inspire confidence at all. In contrast, Dynasty Travel’s team was highly responsive, thorough and professional right from the start. This difference gave us the assurance to entrust them with our trip. From start to finish, the itinerary was very well planned: covering accommodations, a dedicated driver/guide, thoughtfully curated meals, and sightseeing highlights such as Meiji Shrine, Harajuku/Shibuya, Mt Fuji’s Hoshino Hakkai village, Lake Kawaguchi, and more. Everything flowed smoothly and gave us the perfect balance of sightseeing, cultural experiences, shopping and rest. Special praise must go to our driver-guide, Yo-San 振華 (ZhenHua / シンカ). Having lived in Japan for 16 years, he was extremely knowledgeable and could explain things clearly in both Mandarin and Japanese. He was patient, attentive to the needs of our group (which included seniors), and often went the extra mile with his recommendations. His professionalism and warmth truly elevated our experience. We are very grateful to Dynasty Travel for creating such a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable trip for us. For anyone considering a private or bespoke travel experience, we highly recommend them; they give you peace of mind, personalised attention and a standard of service that really stands out.
