For my Hair Defence treatment session today at the DrGL Palais outlet, Lucy did a fantastic job on my hair and scalp. She was attentive and conscientious, anticipating my needs, explaining the process, providing relevant advice and making sure I was comfortable. Great job! I would recommend her service and would certainly come back to this outlet again!

Service was lacking - it took 3 people and 15 minutes to look at my scan and answer my question on whether my scalp was oily or dry, which I would think is not a difficult question given the technology they had. All they kept repeating was that there is dead skin and that their treatment will help to alleviate the problem over time. How do I trust their treatment when they couldn't even answer my question, and how do I trust that their treatment is even tailored to my personal needs (if they don't even know well)? Very disappointed as I had hair concerns and wanted to start on some form of regular treatment after my trial, but this is obviously not the place to go.
Most of the rest of the staff were at the counter chatting when I left, so I was pretty much treated like invisible without so much as a goodbye. Or maybe you only get that if you pay a thousand dollars for their package.
For those looking to try their service, I recommend you reconsider that decision and take your money elsewhere.

Cherry is one of the best hair therapists i’ve ever met. She is very friendly with a bubbly personality. Especially the head massages, they’re amazing. This branch is clean, organised, comfortable and cozy. Always coming back here :)

I love every step of the experience. My attendant that day I visited enthusiastically explained to me every detail of the process. I love how my scalp looks and feels like after the treatment. It was also a serene and relaxing spa to consider.

I was served by Vivi at Dr Hair and she was amazing! Super skillful and very thoughtful throughout the whole process. She was patient in explaining everything clearly whenever I had questions, which really made me feel at ease. Excellent service — highly recommend looking for Vivi if you visit!

Received a birthday voucher to try their hair treatment and thankfully managed to use it before it expired! June was really lovely and I truly enjoyed my first hair treatment experience.
