I had the pleasure of experiencing a scalp deep cleanse with Jenny, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The environment was incredibly relaxing. Jenny was so skillful throughout, making me feel completely at ease. The head massage during the hair wash was absolute bliss – it almost had me falling asleep! The staff at the outlet were all professional, polite, and not pushy in any way, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderfully relaxing experience, and I would highly recommend Jenny and the team to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Had a great session with Cherry! She was most professional and there was a clear improvement in my hair follicles within one session. She also gave me advice on how to care for my scalp better. Would highly recommend!!
Had another session with Jennie who was so kind and helpful!! It was a very rainy day and I was fully drenched when I arrived. She took the best care of me, offering me a warm room, blanket and robe to change into.. Thank you Jennie 🥺

Coming to DrHair was life changing. Is this what heaven feels like?
While I didn’t have any prior hair issues to begin with, I had a free voucher from a Comoclub membership so I decided to try it out!
Quite amazed as my hair felt super soft and smooth after trying their Hair Defense treatment. What is this magic?
Not to mention the staff were super nice. I’d also like to thank Jenny for her superb skills and laughing at my jokes. :)

Did the DrHair® Hair Defence Scalp Treatment + Scalp & Hair Diagnosis. It was a relaxing treatment! My therapist explained step-by-step to me on each step and how it helps with my scalp condition. After the treatment, my scalp definitely feels more refreshed and looks clear of dead skin cells and excess sebum. Nice~
All the products used in the whole treatment session were their in-house DrGL brand products, many of which aren’t for sale outside either 👍🏻

Utterly unprofessional staff. Was using a DrHair voucher for a treatment and had followed all the terms and conditions of the voucher such as prior registration and visiting the shop during the voucher validity period. However, I was told on the day itself that I could not use the voucher and that there were no appointments left. I asked if they could then contact their marketing team to extend the validity of the voucher but they said that it was on me to do so because I was the one using the voucher, and they refused to contact their own marketing team. Basically refusing treatment despite meeting the terms of the voucher. The worst thing is that the manager Doris and her team were unsympathetic and dismissive. They refused to engage in English and left me feeling helpless and disrespected. For example, when I said that no customer should be subjected to this kind of treatment from them, Doris said that I was not yet a customer because I didn’t register (which I corrected), and then she said it was because I didn’t have an appointment. Very very bad service.
