Very poor service, It took almost 2 months for the box to arrive and the box was damaged, I was blamed because of the amount of stuff in the box. I have been sending boxes to other balikbayan boxes for a long time and I have never experienced delays, here with them it has been 2 times but there is no change from Singapore to Manila it took almost 2 months and the box was damaged.

Very inefficient. Ordered additional box and they promised to be delivered by Monday so I took a leave and waited for them as I wanted to settle the payment as well. Waited till Tuesday but they didnt show up. End up canceling my transactions with them even though I have paid $20 for the first box. Its really a waste of time and money. No wonder your ratings are very low.

Speedbox is the name but shipping to Philippines is not speedy at all. My box was collected on 01 April 2020 and until now have yet to received it yet. Followed up many times and was told it will reach by May. I called up today and was told that it will reach by 2nd week of June. Seriously??? My housemate got her box from Metrobox, also located in Lucky Plaza, and was collected even later than mine and yet, it was received within 3 weeks. She is now on her 2nd box to send.
It is very hard to support this kind of service. This is not my first time actually but I have a big heart and trying to give chance to them to resurrect their service. I even told the lady about my bad experience with them in the past and hoping it will not happen this time. But unforunately, it even gets better,.... in disappointing me. No wonder they have a poor rating. So take your own risk if you want to get their service. Read all the feedbacks to have an idea of what you will going to face if you have decided to get your box from them. Or better yet, dont waste your time, just get your box from another seller. There are plenty to choose from and spare yourself from having migraine.

This the the WORST COURIER SERVICE here in Singapore. They promised for 4weeks delivery but its been almost 8weeks and my baggage still not delivered in Philippines. I am asking for cancellation yet the Lady told me that i need to pay again. Seriously????? They are liar, they promised delivery dates for several times!!! Joyce is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! IM HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS COURIER!!!! π‘π‘

100 percent RUDE people who work as a customer service! Called them to help the courier to do an easier job, what i got is only impatient customer service and RUDE tone. If you hate your job so much, then quite! Rather than you make the company has a bad reputation!
