Electrical point on the floor is hazardous. I cut my toe as a result of hitting on the electrical point And said it’s not her who place it’s there. Maybe she is part time teacher so she don’t really care attitude. Not suitable for big group of more than 10. Quite disorganized . Lady teaching the porcelain plate class has very disgruntled and not happy face all the time

Unfair treatment from staff:
There was unfair treatment from one of the staff when collecting our products. We waited for the staff to attend to us for collection of finished products for about 15 minutes, after which she told us to look for it ourselves. After finding our own cups, we were kept waiting for another 15 minutes for her to just pass us a paper bag. She kept us waiting at the side while she attended to another Caucasian customer behind us, even helped them look for their cups and packed their items. She could have just given us the bags then proceed to help next customer instead of wasting our time.
I do not mind waiting if the staff was attending to someone for class/teaching or a customer BEFORE us. But to waste our time by blatantly serving the customer AFTER us, seeming to go the extra mile for them while we were kept waiting is unprofessional and rude. As a business, train your staff in basic customer service.

5 May 2025:
Very patient instructor who taught us step by step how to make the cups or bowls. With the discount, it's a good chance to try wheel-throwing in Singapore. The place is clean and well-kept.
Update:
5 May 2025: Went for the class
10 July 2025: Received a message from CocoArt saying that our final product is ready for collection
26 July 2025: My friend went to collect our products as I was not in Singapore
I was working overseas hence I asked my friend to collect my cup for me. My friend saw that my cup has a crack at the bottom and asked if that's normal. The CocoArt employee mentioned that they have already mentioned it to me about my cup's crack, so he just accepted it and collected the cup on my behalf.
I understand the are a lot of reasons that can cause cracks; firing, base too wet, uneven drying, pressure when removing the clay from the base, etc etc (I used to do wheel throwing in the past, and I understand cracking is normal depending on the cause and handling). I can accept cracking. But what I can't accept is that they told my friend that this has been informed to me, but in actual fact, THEY DID NOT. I don't think this is professional. Lying is not honest, especially when it's done behind my back when I'm not around.
I would not recommend this place.

The instructors were very patient and helpful. Not only did they give room for us to try and experiment with the clay, they helped fix the product so we’d have a nice piece at the end of the day.

Very fun experience, good for beginners. The instructor helped to salvage the piece many times even if I'm terrible at it. Tried the 2 in 1 package can make 1 cup/bowl on the wheel and 1 hand mould porcelain plate, total 2.5h. The pieces can be collected after 2-3 months.
