Great service by Matthew, who shared the difference between the Charles & Keith collection range. The rest of the staff were also very attentive and helpful. Best C&K outlet I’ve been to by far!

Was attended by female staff Stephanie at the WISMA BRANCH. Even though the shop was busy ON A saturday, her attitude towards us was top notch! her patience towards our queries was absolutely brilliant. despite the crazy crowd, it will be understandable that patience may run low towards customers. However she not only kept up her smile and was super attentive towards us. Was only intending to browse around and because of her , we ended up buying 2 pairs! Good job Stephanie! Your positive attitude is super inspiring!

Visited Charles and Keith at Wisma on 26 Aug at around 8pm plus. Asked a sales lady for a new wallet for the one that my daughter has chosen. Upon examining the wallet, we found a defect and asked the lady if she has another one. The sales lady reluctantly took a few boxes of the same wallet and slammed it on the table, gave us a stern look and told us rudely to look for it ourselves. She then walked away, leaving us to ruffle through the boxes on our own. This was really a bad customer experience we had with Charles and Keith.

Worst experience I have ever had ..I have ordered heels from there official app… I have paid 6999 for those pumps.. when that package arrived, they started asking extra 5000 for the delivery charges and now when I am asking for the refund ,they refusing to refund my money (they were so rude over the email) .. I have sent 3-4 emails to them. Its been 3 days , they are not replying to any of my emails that’s why i have decided to write here. So it’s my suggestion kindly don’t buy from their official site otherwise you guys gonna suffer like me. THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERD MY PRODUCT , My MONEY IS WITH THEM AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE EVEN THE REFUND. So unprofessional and pathetic service.
