I usually shop at other Charles & Keith outlets, but my experience at Wisma Atria was exceptional thanks to SK. She was fast, efficient, and super friendly, which made my shopping experience really enjoyable. I’d love to come back again because of her great service! Thank you SK!

Poor customer service. Charles & Keith management team: Please do something! So many 1 star reviews already, you prefer to lose customers is it???? I’m a long time customer of Charles & Keith. I’ve been buying from them since CK just open their first store here in sg. All along my experiences with them has always been positive. However, my experience at Wisma store isn’t so great. Initially I thought “okay, maybe she’s not having a good day or she’s overwhelmed”. I’ve visited this Wisma branch a few times and so far it has always been negative. I don’t think it’s coincidental anymore. At one point at one of the visits, one of my friends told me “do you want to try another shoe store instead? There are a few other shoe stores in Wisma too” The staffs always gave me the Irritated vibe. Like if I asked them to help me find my size, they will just say not available without checking with an irritated tone. It’s okay that they don’t bother checking because maybe they know ALL the sizes available :/ but to give customer that irritated face & tone is a big No No isn’t it? I’m just here wanting to buy a few pairs of shoes. And it’s not like I’m impolite either. I shall take my money elsewhere to other branches or online to spend in future. Otherwise it will only spoil my mood for nothing.

I think their service was immaculate. I bought a sandal a week ago and the strap came off. Due to a miscommunication from another outlet, I went down to the same outlet I bought the sandal from, Wisma. As I stayed in the East it wasn’t the most convenient for me to send to them in for repair then return to Wisma to collect it in 2 weeks. They graciously offered to do a 1-1 exchange for me. The whole process was pretty smooth and they were really patient in answering all of my questions despite the store being crowded. They did not rush me in any way and allowed me time to make a decision. I didn’t manage to ask the name of the sales associate that attended to me but he wears glasses, around 1.6m? If you see this just wanted to say thanks!

If I could rate, it will be ZERO STAR. Earlier today, I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a bag as a Christmas gift for my aunt. I had recently bought a handbag from your latest collection, which I was eager to recommend. However, when I inquired with one of your staff members about the availability of this specific design I bought previously, he responded in a manner that was both dismissive and unprofessional. Not only did he express doubt about whether my bag was from Charles & Keith, but another staff member who he seek help from, also a man, reiterated the same comment. It wasn’t until a lady who seems like a senior staff member came over to clarify the situation that I was informed that the product I purchased in that particular colour was a bestseller and had sold out, which is why it was no longer in stock in both online and store. The senior staff member further mentioned that only two colours of the bag remained. This interaction was incredibly upsetting, as it undermined my trust in your brand and made me feel as though my loyalty as a customer was unappreciated. The behavior of the staff members not only caused confusion but also negatively impacted my shopping experience, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. Given my longstanding relationship with Charles & Keith, I believe I deserve an apology for the unpleasant experience. I also hope that this matter is looked into, and I urge you to ensure that your staff members are more knowledgeable and respectful towards loyal customers. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. REALLY SUPER DISAPPOINTED

Super duper helpful and friendly staff even tho English isn't their main spoken language. The variety is extensive. While I normally wear only sports shoes, the experience in Charles and Keith is enough to tempt me to buy at least one of their fashionable designs. Well done, home grown brand!

Had a wonderful experience shopping for shoes here. Manager Boon and his staff (didn’t get her name) were very helpful in assisting to resolve my issue of a dual membership (2 email addresses) used which resulted in a non-membership discount of the items bought earlier at City Square Mall outlet. Thumbs-up for the great experience! 👍🏻

Very bad experience with Charles and Keith. The online shopping service holds no standards. I ordered a sling hand bag of RM 299.90. The material quality and the finishing was very cheap. I could see the gum coming off. As per their instructions I returned the product to the drop off address through POS Laju where I end paying RM100 more for delivery charges. It's been 1 and half months, I receive no acknowledgement and no refund. Their customer service never picks the calls. I loose RM400 in total and also the bad product. This is very unfair of treating your loyal customers like this. I have been purchasing and recommending my friends. But I will no more advocate or be a customer anymore.

The staff here not approachable and keep talking to colleagues. Not expecting 5 star customer service for the price point given. But a small welcoming gesture is good enough.
