This store clerk has a problem with his attitude! The tone of the guest is very disrespectful and indifferent! Even using an impolite tone to refute the guest! It is necessary for the store to educate her!!! It affects the mood of consumers too much.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to your staff Mun Kei Vivian Lim (a Malay gentleman). I purchased three small wallets while he assisted me, as I was having a hard time deciding which one to choose. Although it’s a small matter, he was extremely helpful, and I ended up deciding to purchase all three wallets. He was very patient and even took the time to check my membership for me.

I saw a bag online that I was keen to purchase and made my way to the store to try on. Unfortunately the actual colour was very different from online photos so I was contemplating in the store. I asked one of the male staff if I could try on two bags to compare and he looked unwilling to bring the bags down for me (they were located high on the shelf). I went up to another staff to ask if they have a bigger size option but he told me I could check on the online website. It’s very distasteful to see that they were more enthusiastic to serve foreigners than locals like myself who is already a member. I would not return to this store but visit other outlets with better customer service.

Store manager was rude and ignorant.Did not listen to customers advice when spoken to nicely.Instead, backlashed customer with a rude tone and even went on to do her own thing.A piece of advice on how to redeem a voucher when manager processed it wrongly ,came with such a rude attitude.Not even an apology when it came to conclude customer was right all this while .The manager was wrong. A staff behind the manager even almost turned aggressive with the piece of advice given.A staff named manager should not be so rude. The high position of hers does not give the right to be both rude and ignorant. Especially to customers. Same goes to the other staff that almost went aggressive.Though the phrase “customer is always right” doesn’t apply all the time, it definitely applied to this situation. I believe the words “good customer service” does not mean for the staff to be rude and have the mindset that they are higher and above others, treating customers like peasants. I sincerely hope you can take action to make this store a better place for both staff and customers.

Poor customer service. Negative experience. They told me to call the other store to check for the item that I wanted to buy as it’s unavailable at their store . They can’t even be bothered to call on my behalf . The website does not provide the most up to date information of the items when it indicated that the item was available when it wasn’t .

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jean for her exceptional service. My heels broke in between work errands, and Jean went above and beyond to help find a good match. I was anxious and picked the first pair I liked but it was out of stock. She patiently recommended similar designs under time pressure. Her attentiveness and efficiency made a significant impact on my experience. Knowing that I was gonna wear the new pair immediately, she made sure to peel off the protective layer and removed the remnants of the price tag with alcohol before I walked out of the shop. She also took the initiative to ask if I needed help to dispose of the broken pair. Though I had to settle for a display piece due to size shortage, Jean's outstanding assistance made up for it.

Any of the Charles and Keith stores is a must visit if you are in Singapore. As it is a Singaporean brand you get it at a price which is at least 50% less compared to india . Great quality products at reasonable price

Was attended by a lady staff. Not so sure if she’s a Thai or Vietnamese but she was very patient & smiley throughout. Even though the size I told her at first was too small, she says it’s alright & got me a bigger pair. She also gave me her opinion when I was deciding between 2 designs. Thank you for the service.

Was at Charles & Keith here to purchase a heels with my partner. The store staff is good and prompt but really busy during weekend.
