Nicole was very helpful when I need to make an exchange. And so was her colleague who served me. I believe her name is rules Thunyarat Thikham. She very patiently waited on me as I tried various designs.

All staff are well trained especially Mr. Robin. He gives idea that really fits you well. He ensure the value of your money. Staff are all very patient, eventhough its very busy, they still can handle the crowd. Kudos do somerset c&k team 👍🏼. …

One thing I love about this place is how they display their products on shelves. And the bags looks great with all my outfits! Though it is not exactly a high end brand, I would still recommend office ladies to shop at Charles & Keith if you're looking for any bags or shoes suitable to have that professional and presentable look.
