Great service and pristine gift wrapping even for a small 98$ Hand Cream. The attending lady asked if it was a gift and proceeded to kindly gift wrap it and provide a letter card I could write my best wishes on. Overall great experience at this outlet.

Visited the counter on 27/08 morning for my birthday gift redemption. Although I didn’t receive the usual email, the two ladies at the counter were very kind and helpful in assisting me to check. They made sure I still received my birthday gift, which I really appreciate. Their warm service made my day and I’ll definitely come back again!

I had a very disappointing experience at Chanel Beauty Boutique Orchard. The staff were extremely unprofessional and had a terrible attitude. From the moment I walked in, they looked at me with disinterest and made no effort to greet or assist me. It felt like they were judging me based on my appearance and assuming I wasn’t a serious customer.
When I asked about certain products, their responses were cold and dismissive, as if I was bothering them. There was no smile, no product explanation, and absolutely no warmth in their service. I felt completely unwelcome and disrespected.
Luxury brands like Chanel are expected to uphold a high standard of customer service, but this store clearly fails to meet that. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat every customer with respect and professionalism, regardless of how they look.
I will definitely think twice before visiting this location again.

Stylist Woo Ai Na was very patient with my friend and I during the service. She assisted and recommended some shades for lipstick, and let us took our time. So far my best experience in Chanel ! ☺️

I agree with many other reviews here regarding customer service and encountered the same experience - being STOPPED by hand ✋ to ask questions, this is pretty rude. Also same experience that a staff asked me to look myself first and she will attend to me later. Then the later became never. Maybe I didn’t dress pretty that day, and looked like I don’t want to buy? Of course I couldn’t buy anything without proper attendance from the staffs.
While I was looking and trying all the different cosmetics, there was a male staff standing there looked at me but didn’t offer any help. A simple question of “do you need any help?” would do wonders that time. This was not the first time I had such experience with Chanel. And it was only with Chanel, that I felt like not buying anything because of terrible experience.

To be honest the sales people in Orchard Ion Chanel beauty don’t deserve even a star. It’s there simply because it’s a google requirement.
My friend and I head down during lunch hour yesterday, wanted to redeem a sample of Chanel fragrance. A lady in heavy makeup said we will be attended to by another colleague. While waiting, I can see that she was attending to 2 westerners enthusiastically but they did not request to buy anything, how busy can you be seriously? After waiting for more than 5 mins, we approached another male sales associate at the counter, he is more polite than the lady but he also told us they are busy and another colleague will attend to us. I am appalled this is the kind of service we offered in Singapore and Ion is one of our most well-known malls here. For the entire shop to behave in this way, it must be a top down direction. SG Chanel Beauty, I don’t know what is your requirement when it comes to hiring, but if teaching your staff to pick and choose customers is your strategy, I hope you know how outdated and stupid it is.
