Dropped by at this boutique to have a look at a timepiece of my interest and had my name on the waitlist, fast forward about 10 months later, I was contacted by the boutique's SA by the name Rachel on the availability of my timepiece. The entire viewing and purchasing experience had been splendid, was ushered to a private room and served with delicious chocolates and champaigns during the viewing and purchasing process. Rachel was pleasantly chatty and remained contactable for any queries after the viewing and purchase at any time. I truly enjoyed my time in this boutique with its wonderful customer service.

I had an appointment with Seivon, and although she was busy attending to another customer when I arrived early, her professionalism was evident. In the meantime, a male colleague, whom I didnt get his name, immediately attended to me and provided exceptional service. Both Seivon and her colleague demonstrated outstanding customer service, ensuring that I felt welcomed and valued throughout my visit.
Seivon's knowledge and attention to detail, along with her colleague's prompt assistance and valuable insight, made my experience truly memorable. Their teamwork and commitment to excellence reflect the high standards of Cartier. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and my purchase.

Came with the intention of getting an engagement ring and wedding bands for my partner and I. Dylan attended to me and his service is excellent, he feels like a positive friend that you can confide in.
I feel comfortable and at ease with his service, he is very patient with my indecision and even offered coffee (which is perfect from a lifelong coffee drinker) and water.
Whilst purchasing the rings and doing the paperwork we even start chatting about watches as both of us are watch nerds and his knowledge of watches is impeccable. We also shared personal experiences like old friends.
The next day, my partner and I came back to resize the rings and had a similar experience from Dylan and his colleague. We look forward to getting the engagement ring after the correct size arrives. Wedding and engagement rings from Cartier can never go wrong!

My 1st visit at Cartier Ngee Ann City this morning. The team members are genuinely nice, professional, patient and make you feel at ease (not like some of the luxury stores where staff scan you and make you feel uncomfortable :D)
Melvin helped me with a gift for my husband. I had a great experience, he was super professional, gentle (not pushy), and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

My wife wanted to buy a watch. We found out that there aren’t much options as she was looking for something specific. I think this is the case for many luxury watch brands - lack of stock.
Noteworthy was the sales staff. As my wife and I walked out the shop, we couldn’t help but talk about how pleasant and patient she was.
Fine, some of you might say, that’s supposed to be how they are. But in reality many aren’t. This particular young lady was so polite, helpful and patient. My regret was I didn’t get her name to put in this review.
