On March 19, 2025, at around 8 pm, I went to the I0NCalvin Klein store to look at coats. I tried the smallest size and it was still too big for me. When I ask the female clerk if there is any smaller size, she told me to go to the store downstairs. I thought Calvin Klein had opened a new store so I asked where it was. She answered Uniqlo store on B2, where there are many clothes to choose from. I was really shocked and humiliated at the time. It is obvious that the sales girl is belittlering me. What kind of service is this? I hope the management of CK will look into this matter of bad attitude and expression from the employees so that customers can have a good shopping experience. I am looking forward to hear from you. Thank you.

This rating is in regards to the Jennie x CK launch on 11 May 2023 at the ION branch. The 3 staff members who were working during the launch were entirely unequipped to handle the crowd that day. I'm disappointed in how the management only assigned 3 staff members to the launch when it was quite clear there will be a huge amount of shoppers on that day. CK also did not have foresight to put up a signboard informing shoppers that 1 person can only purchase a maximum of 3 items from the collection, and I only knew about this when the staff told me in person. When it was 10am, they had no facilitation of the shoppers and everyone just rushed in to take whatever items they wanted. The staff members were disorganised and they did not help those who came in line to queue first. There should have been a queue system in place to ensure that those who came early to queue would be able to get what they want before those who came later. Extremely dissatisfied with how everything went down.
I would like to contrast this with the H&M x Mugler collection that also launched on the same day at the H&M building. H&M had security personnel, had proper queue lines, and had a signboard detailing instructions, for example the purchase limit. The staff were extremely clear in letting those who came late to know how to manage our expectations as stock was running low. They even provided water to those who were in line. None of these measures were provided at Calvin Klein whatsoever.
Hopefully if there is a re-launch of the Jennie X CK collection the ION branch would be better equipped to manage the crowd.

On 8/2/2025 my girlfriend went to CK ION to purchase a sling bag for me
When she was about to make payment, the retail staff asked my girlfriend if she wanted to open and check the bag, naturally she said yes.
So my girlfriend then proceeded to check and she found a yellow paint stain on the bag and pointed it out to the staff. But he did not offer her a new piece, instead, he used his nails to scratch the paint mark out and left a scratch mark on the bag. He did not offer her a new bag again at this point so she pointed out the scratch.
Then my girlfriend requested for a new piece due to the scratch. He rudely took the product from my girlfriend's hand without saying anything and she can tell from his demeanor that he wasn't very happy with her request, for whatever reason. He then unwillingly went into the stock room to take a new piece. She told me she felt so bad for doing even though she shouldn't be. She bought the bag on my behalf and honestly, at that point I wanted to tell her to drop the purchase due to his poor attitude.
Not trying to gain anything out of this but just a headsup to other shoppers and I hope the management will perhaps train the retail staff to be more empathetic and patient.

Worst customer service at CK that I ever had.
Came inside the shop twice on Saturday. First time, a gentlemen was in the counter. I came inside and started browsing, the did not greet when he saw coming into the shop, nor offered assistance. Second time around there was a lady working at the counter with him. Again none of them greet me nor offered assistance. I came to the counter with a few items to purchase, while I gave the items to the lady the guy handled the phone to her, so during the entire transaction she was on the phone with someone else. She left the counter for a few moments on the phone and I was there waiting to see what was next. I told her excuse me, what is happening? She responded I came to grab the fresh items for you (which I kind of appreciated it) upon her return she packed my items and finalised my purchase still on the phone. I paid for my items and didn’t hear even a thank you. I hope your phone call was worth this review!
Not sure if they are straight up racists or they are too busy to care for customer service.

Bought jeans at CK ion and paid $18 for alternation. During alternation (I was wearing flat slipper), the staff Coco verbally told me to alter 5 iches. I didnt check the measuring tape and trusted her.
When I went to try the altered jeans with flats, the jeans almost touches the floor. The staff says I agreed to the 5 inches alternation. I was very unhappy as the staff should be the expert advising the length but seems like they blame me for agreeing the length. They need me to pay $18 more if I need alter again.
So far I never encounter issues when alter other brand jeans (e.g. Ted baker).
Not buying CK product anymore.
