On the 19th of October, around 1230pm. The customer service staff were not very helpful and along with poor customer service. Was not worth spending even more than a dollar if the service was this poor. Been buying this brand for over 10 years and with this experience it has really gave a bitter taste of the brand image and brand as a whole. Would not recommend others coming to this store. Do please avoid this store and visit other stores and outlet. CK you have to do better.

Andy was extremely professional and helpful in assisting my family’s purchases. He was patient throughout our one-hour long experience at the shop, patiently and politely calling shops to check on availabile sizes and transferring them over. The other staff seemed much less interested in providing a positive customer experience.

Excellent service by team member didn’t get his name at the store who attended to me today. I was looking for jean and shirt for a friend. The staff was so patient helping me to find the right pieces. I always love shopping here because they have so many wonderful apparel and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.
