‘Hazik’ the male staff. Saturday 14th June 7:55pm. I’m unsure if i spelt the name wrong or not. Absolutely disgusting service, I came in to buy a few pairs and walked out pissed off.

Staffs didn’t approach to help with shoes selections. They were unfriendly even when we asked for shoes sizes. 100% will not recommend people to shop at this branch. Consistent bad services for months (from the reviews left here) is a sign of management not doing anything about their staffing issues/staff trainings.

Just visited the shop and bought a pair of sandal and footbed cleaner, cant decide for the sandal and good thing Ann is around to help me choose a good pair of sandal, very attentive and helpfull staff.

Customer service was not a priority here. Not a single staff member approached me to offer assistance or even acknowledge my presence. I was hoping someone would help me find the right size. Unfortunately, the staff seemed only interested in serving one group of foreigners. Not to mention all core sizes are out of stock based on the label I saw.
